That's one of my favorite clocks ever, I love the low D and G (bam). I really hope you'll be able to get one, here they are very popular but I'm not sure about Romania...

Hurrah! What a pleasant and enjoyable sound of 4 note musical chord strike sequence! When it strikes the number of hours as such a chord strike sequence on two higher notes simultaneously followed by another two lower notes simultaneously. Even if some quartz clocks electronically imitate the same they can't beat the real chimes like this.

That's not my clock, you probably saw Phalos' Lauffer. Mine has different hands and the original instruction papers. Mine also has more mellow sounding hammers, thanks for watching!!
