Unfortunately Tasty forgot to warn people to make sure their spices are also gluten free. Many store bought brands use wheat as a filler. Be very careful. I learned my lesson on Thanksgiving 2018. I had rashes and hives everywhere, severe joint inflammation and excruciating pain. Couldn't stand without pain. Literally brought me to tears. All powdered and liquid seasonings have been replaced effective immediately. The recipes look good otherwise. Thanks Tasty!

I know a lot of people have allergies and intolerances and it can be discouraging! When I went to culinary school I had just found out I couldn’t eat gluten. It was hard for me because nobody really knew what gluten free meant back then (8 years ago). I had to make my own flour blends from tapioca, brown rice, potato, xantham gum, etc. So baking was a big challenge and I always felt behind... but over time it’s made me a much better cook and baker. And I’ve found the easiest ways to make things gluten free and dairy free. I want to show people and other chefs that they should be inclusive of people with allergies.
