Hi sir stay healthy i stop drinking on new years because had high cholesterol hbp doctor said i probably got fat liver and eat healthier but there bad and good days ... I accept that is my fault on my health issues thank you sir
I did my first Dry January and went 34 days. Also, slowed down on smoking weed. Went to just a few days a week having just one toke. Had a bottle of wine on 35 day had a bottle of wine and a few tokes. Now, on day 4 into Fit February. I hope by moderation things will be okay.
