When you add anything topical it is called transdermal. the skin is the largest organ so the topical ingredient is absorbed by the skin. I used to use the very expensive Chanel cosmetic line that ruined my skin.
did u know it takes less than 20 seconds for your body to absorb either nutrients or chemicals topically ? i put my idone on my wrists as an example and will never use an over the counter sunscreen

I started collagen supplements due to brand new wrinkles, but it actually save my 20 year old knee pain. If I had of known! It has slowed the wrinkles too so that’s cool. I have over 100 oils now, I am slightly addicted. I get excited to make a new blend or a new cream or toothpaste or deodorant. I love making soap, real lye soap. I love making candles. I make my laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. I never buy store bought anything anymore. It’s so liberating to just make it myself. I know what’s in it and it’s micro batch, super personalized and made with intention and love.

I have used turmeric on my face for years, as well as wheatgrass, and it washes off easily with lemon juice or baking soda. Apple cider vinegar works too.

Since I stopped eating dairy my skin improved drastically, I don't understand why saturated fat is healthy or good for the skin, I think avocados, nuts and seeds are healthy

Most true vegans are vegan for ethical reasons and not health reasons ! I personally am a forced raw alkaline plant eater for health reasons and l eat saturated coconut oil nearly every day !

Thumbs up for the vegan alternative to bone broth ! Many people with histamine issues also can't eat bone broth ! I will continue my daily medicinal mushroom decoction and also make kombucha with it. 1/5 green or black tea though is needed apparently. I also make vinegar from kombucha and infuse herbs in it. Healthy doesn't have to be boring !

My great grandmother used to make ginger apple cider vinegar and a little honey in water.. this made a delicious drink .. and this was 60 some years ago.. she was super healthy .. all her life.. well into her 90’s
It's so scary because what is touted as good today they find to be the cause of death tomorrow. I'm surprised to hear that coconut oil was considered bad. Can't wait fir the essential oil book!

Funny you should mention natural shampoo recipe. Just beofre viewing this video, I washed my hair with Cantu shampoo and V05 conditioner. I looked at the ingredients on the V05 bottle and said that I want to start washing my hair with natural stuff just as I do with my face. Gonna check out that natural shampoo recipe right now.
