Thank you Bar Brothers loved you guys since 2017. Back then I would be lucky to do one of these routines. Now I can do these workouts as an endurance warmup.

Another good workout routine is the 500 rep 100 push ups 100 pull ups 100 dips 100 squats 100 leg raises do different variations of each exercise sounds like a lot but I got it done in 57mins

Hey i started doing your workout 2 months ago! , and i must say it's one of the greatest workouts ever, i got a bigger chest, triceps and biceps and a V-shaped abs too ;) I really recommend this workout!

When you guys say you can change the number of reps and time, could that include the number of sets as well? So could you change it from 4-8 sets to something like 1-2, or is that not recommend?

had cervical disc replacement surgery at the neck in jan 26/ 2011, where I have muscles wasted on the right pec and triciep. Saw this video ...then got sick and tired of feeling sorry for myself... I'm gonna start kicking ass ( well gonna try a least)... thanks for the inspiration and kick start ...love you guys

+Anthony Waver it's 1 set .. do all the abs exercices with no breaks then rest for like 2 minutes and start over again.Do like 3-5 sets depending on your level.

I've been using this method for 13 to 14 days I think somewhere there and I've seen big but BIG difference the only hard thing was to get a bar since I'm 14 years old but I pleased my dad for days and the he helped with the bar

you could also find a horizontal tree branch that's strong enough to hold your bodyweight, put some gloves on, and use that

U should start with something easy and make it simple like: Monday-Wednesday-Friday: 3 sets of 5 push ups with 1m rest between Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday: 3 sets of 15 squats with 1m rest between Then after a week u increase 1 rep in each set like: Monday-Wednesday-Friday: 3 sets of 6 push ups with 1m rest between Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday: 3 sets of 16 squats with 1m rest between If it too hard to increase 1 rep for all set u can increase 1 single rep in the first set then in the week after u increase 1 in ur second set (week 2: (6-5-5) push up exercise, week 3: (6-6-5) push up exercise, ....) Remember this, u only get better if the next time u train (may be a day, a week or a month) u can do more than the last time u did.

Just increase 1 more rep after a week if u can't increase reps for all sets. Like this (week 1: (1-1-1) pull up exercise, week 2: (2-1-1) pull up exercise, week 3: (2-2-1) pull up exercise, ...) and remember don't push urself too hard that u can't push urself more in the next week, so let start it easy for u to control. Btw, I use push up and squat excercise just to sample my point, u should train ur whole body and split it like this if u don't know how to make ur own routine: Monday-Wednesday-Friday: Upper body (including 3 sets of push up, 3 sets of pull up, 3 sets of sit up, 3 sets of knee or leg raise) Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday: Lower body (including 3 sets of squat, 3 sets of lunge, 3 sets of calf raise, 3 sets of back lift or superman as people said) U can create ur own routine if u want too. P/S: Sorry for my bad English and slow reply.

dont work out every day its so bad leave atleast 1 day inbetween each work out for your body to recover, this way you will see alot more improvement

Lucas Di Sessa I started with 5 pull ups.. i have trained myself 2 months for now and i can do 15 pull ups now. I'm making 8 sets core routine, 8 sets biceps and back routine, 8 sets triceps and chest routine and 8 sets leg routine. I'm working everything twice in a week. First day - core and lower body, Second day - biceps and back, Third day - triceps and chest, 4th day - rest, and then i will start again. Remember that you need to eat before workout to get energy. Train hard and never give up, keep going.. push yourself and finally you will see results.

Chan Lyle Anything that includes the weight being over your head is going to naturally compress your spine so something like heavy overhead press or heavy squats, so just keep those exercises lower in weight and do more reps 'till you're older and have stopped growing ( around 16 ). Have fun working out :)

Chan Lyle Dont do weights until you are at a height you are happy with, don't listen to any of this garbage non of us here are experts in this area so i recommend doing these sorts of exercise because the owners of this channel who are toned never used gym to my knowledge...

I couldn't either, but you need to take into account you're not expected too until you get used to it. First of all decide on your breaks. At the beginning since I'm already a little fit I could do 6 sets of abs and chests but with an 8 minute interval in between each set. I slowly but surely closed the intervals, and now I have a 45 second break between each set. Granted though I moved on to much more rigorous routines, but this is a great starter!

I want to have an awesome body like yours but I cant because I can't afford expensive gyms and trainers. My brothers, I bought the bar brothers workout plan. Hear me out. This plan they have in this video is good. But the workout routine they give you in the paid plan. G/L. These guys are amazing. They will make you sweat whether its in this video or in their paid workout plan. These guys know what they are doing and what they are talking about. Even get the meal plan because it is the most basic meal plan but simple to understand and easy to do. Please don't take my word for it just do it and get the bar brother workout. You seriously will not regret it.
