Happy New Year. This is Louis from Allblanc TV.
Today's workout is 5 minute lower body tabata without "rest" !!
It is basically home-training routine (no equipment needed) so you can do everywhere, at home or gym.
Since it is more intense than normal one, you would feel stronger after finishing it.
What is your goal of 2020? What do you want to achieve this year?
For me, I decide to make stronger and healthier body in my life and give more motivation to you guys.
Therefore, I am preparing videos about more details of the workout routines. I hope all of you get motivated and follow and use them :)

오늘의 운동은 "휴식없는" 5분 하체운동 타바타입니다.
기본적으로 덤벨이나 도구가 필요없어 어디서든 운동하실 수 있게 홈트레이닝 루틴으로 만들었습니다!
저희의 다른 타바타 운동보다 휴식시간이 없어 좀 더 강도가 높을테지만 그만큼 더 강해진다는 느낌을 받으실 꺼예요:)

저는 올해 제 인생에서 더 건강하고 강한 몸을 만들어보려고 합니다. 또한 여러분들에게도 많은 동기부여를 드리고 싶어요.

I’ve just attempted this and was pleasantly surprised to have gotten through the whole thing! Needless to say, I cannot walk and don’t think I will for a week.

That's really a great workout. I've been doing this exercises for one week and half, and I'm seeing good results! My legs are stronger and have a better shape!

Thank you Louis! I have been following you and Allblanc TV now since quarantine, at the beginning I could only do your easy 30 minute workouts, but now I do this workout every morning 3 times and then your arm workout and then for chilling your 30 minute workout, I will try to get to 1 hour and 30 to two hours workout every day! You guys are amazing and esepcially Louis your workouts make FUN!

Yesterday I did 30 minutes of some 4-5 minutes tabatas from your channel (legs day), doing this workout as the last video. I almost couldn't do the "jump squats" and today my legs are "feeling funny" ^^. Your workout videos are really cool!! Thanks and keep up 💪
