Honestly, doing this meditation almost everyday is the best choice I have made ❤ I always get headaches and feel stressed out, but whenever I do this 5 minute meditation, I feel refreshed....relaxed:)

I started doing this before I sleep and everytime I wake up I am always excited to do it again, I became productive with my schoolworks thanks to this, I've been trying hard to do it weekly but now I stopped overthinking. Thank you for making me valuable.
This is wonderful to do before sleep .... from havoc to calm. Another great 1 is Wim hoff's RU-vid channel where he has a breathing guide for beginners where you breathe in-and-out for 3 minutes and you do it 3 cycles it's wonderful. Oh yea..... Hope it helps !
I acknowledged the benefits of meditation a while ago but I was so busy to make it as a high priority task in a day. Then I suffered from insomnia badly a few months ago. I realized that it caused by my wandering thoughts. I started mediating this time seriously for 2 weeks and it started to bring the benefits to my sleep. I can focus more now, my mind can have peace and my quality sleep is getting better and better, a little by little. It's really great when you have time for yourself.

Myself as well. I have been learning a lot about myself these past couple of years, and i have recently realized how much stress and anxiety i carry around, and project outwardly. This guided me to some form of calmness and relaxation. I will continue with this meditation, and share this with my loved ones
@@NOne-yt1tj I've been doing this 7/11 breathing technique where are you where you Breathe in for 7 seconds, focus on your stomach and then your ribs and then your chest and then the top and the crown of your head .... Pause a moment and then breathe out through those areas and push the air out through the bottom of your feet all the stress goes out your feet. You can do it about 10 times and then work your way up to 20 to 30 times.
I have been searching for this comment!!!! My eyes just started to shake a bit and then I teared up, like how did I never thank my body for keeping me healthy 19years long while I fill it with alcohol and junk food. It made me realize how lucky I am to still be so healthy!!

The same thing happened to me. I just started medical school a month ago and every day feels like I have to bring 110 percent. The pressure has been getting to me. And when he said “listen to what your body is trying to tell you,” I immediately broke down.
I dunno why i’m crying rn… his voice makes so so relaxed and feels like my broken heart pieces are getting back together… my stress is away a bit and i decide to do this every day. Really appreciate it

keep a gratitude journal and start every morning by writing three things, then increase later. it can just be things you like like hobbies in the beginning. later you will learn to appreciate the simpler things the more you think of different stuff to add.
