This warmup every morning (even without doing any workout) has solved a myriad of my bodily issues like joint aches, back pains, muscle sprains, etc. 😁
I know this comment isn't about the warmup but I'm not sure how to send madfit a message. I was wondering if you can make some workouts that are safe for women that don't put alot of strain on the pelvic floor muscles. I find that lots of leg raises and similar movements put strain on that area and causes problems.
- head shake/nod 0:38 - big arm circles (backwards and forwards) 1:15 - standing hip circles (bidrection) 2:17 - bum kicks 2:49 - standing toe reach 3:20 - wrist warm up 3:53 - plank to downdog 4:26 - single leg hip circle 4:57 - jog in place (high knees if u want) 5:29
It will be great to add in some variety but I've used her warm-ups again and again for so long because they are just that good! I'm excited to incorporate this new one!
Great workout for me! I’m a beginner in my 40s. I have been looking for something I could start and work my way up from. Not something that killed me and I wanted to quit! This is perfect! Just enough and not too hard that I wanted to give up! Thanks! Love all your videos!

I love this warm up ❤️, it makes me feel energized, ready, and strong to do another workout📍. It definitely helps but mostly it helps in hiit workouts which I will do after this warm up ☁️. Thank you for this 🤍!
As a dancer warming up before stretching and warming up before dancing in general is extremely important to me. Thank you for this, this warm up didn't make me tired or anything it just got me into the feel of things thanks a lot

I am jumping back into exercising, there are still somethings i don't know about the importance when it comes to warming up funny enough. I liked when she mentioned its important to warmup your wrists because if you do no equipment workouts, which i often do because i have no money for equipment, i now know the importance of warming up the wrists. its more motivating when i know the importance and understanding of why we do certian workouts or warm ups because i would have gone years without knowing this
