I essentially just throw different stuff into a pot and my blood results were more than perfect haha as long as you eat enough and balanced, it won't be that easy to become undernourished
***** You say your husband has cirrhosis not from drinking alcohol. Was he tested of a fungus? It is named candida albicans. The fungus is making alcohol from any kind of sugar (candy, fruits, starch) anytime he gets it in his colon. You can buy a Testkit online or you ask your doc. What can you do now? Reduce sugar as much as possible (beverages, candy, apples, pasta), reduce fats. Eat more protein. For a while low fat meat might help him, eat virgin coconut oil. Coconut is a natural killer of that fungus. Please google for other effects that fungus can make. Check that list.
+Jennifer Whitt You can make stews. Potato, quinoa or ris. As the base. Then some butterbeans as the "meat". Unions, celery and other vegtables. Look how gordon ramsey makes his vegetarian soup. Hope your husband is better.
Hi guys! I just adore you both! Thank you for showing me how easy vegan cooking is...I hope I have as much energy as you! only been vegan for a week, but am loving it...Thanks
Yum! My kind of cooking! I had to use what I had.....black eyed peas, fresh tomato, & swiss chard...brown rice....I added chopped almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds & coriander seed.... cheers!! ;)
Really useful recipe for me as I do struggle to eat well and cheaply as a student. Guessing it would keep in the fridge/freezer rather nicely too so good for a bulk cook :)
A year ago next month I started eating an almost totally V diet, and have not had any milk, cheese, yoghurts or meat since, although I still eat fish now and again. I watched quite a few videos on YT and a lot were saying how you can lose a lot of weight as often people don't eat enough. So basically I stuffed my face without a care in the world. I ate loads of bread, which I don't normally do, and guzzled massive smoothies in between meals. Winter this year was so wet and windy, I definately did not go jogging as much. A month or so ago I was watching your handstand vid, and it made me realise how heavy and unflexible I was feeling, so I began doing more stretching, calesthetics etc to try and improve. Then a couple of weeks ago at my parents I got their bathroom scales out, as I never bother weighing myself and discovered I was WAY heavier than i used to be.. So since then its been Ryvitas, less smoothies, less bread etc and upped my running to 4 or 5 times a week, plus some weights and body exercises. I think its beginning to work, one thing I noticed was I felt lighter doing press ups and stuff. So, thanks for the videos as I think your headstand one really impacted me and has made me determined to get leaner and meaner haha, I reckon 2 stone / 12kg loss would be great, although I'm not sure if i'll get to the stage of walking on my hands, but if I do, I'll let you know. ;0)
5:46 the guy in the black on the left eyes are so wide hahaha he's like 'what's going on'.. please write an ingredients list in the description!! would make life a lot easier :) thanks
Brilliant and useful video once again! I just made your sweet potato brownies they are amazing! I love making your recipes for the family, it has made things more exciting for my coeliac mama too ^^ Thanks guys.
this is exactly how I cook at home, just grab whatever shit there is in the fridge and cupboards and cook it all in one pot until it smells nice, not hard at all lol
You could do some leftover foor ideas video. Like rice, buckwheat, pasta, avocado... I really struggle with using leftover food... I don't like to throw it away :)
hi guys! really love your videos and everything, so inspiring and upbeat :) was just wandering what camera you use for your main videos? much appreciated
I start cooking my rice in Rice cooker and make the veggie side dish in 20 minutes I get till the rice is done. Just cut few vegetables keep some raw like salad and saute some with spices. Top them onto the fresh steaming rice and Boom! Delicious vegan meal. No fuss.
Enjoy yer juice fast guys 🌿🌿. When yer finished could you give a few tips on how you get through it. I'v tried a few times but always bow out. 😔 Also Raj is doing such a great job on snapchat ye left it in safe hands ❤️ Can't wait to take a trip up to ye 😊
I didn’t get what all the spices were. The middle one and I assume salt??? Do you have a written recipe?? Or we have all 3 cook books is it in one of them??
This is an older video and yeah they definitely knew what they were doing, but comments below mean slow down!! 3 years later and they did. They were recently on Rich Roll's podcast which I would like to track down; he apparently was in Ireland at the time but I'm unreliable until I check this stuff out. May have been a conference. They (I think it's Dave, not to omit supercharged bro) eat a LOT. You guys, no idea how fit and happy these guys are. I know they're not chefs and there's too much coconut in all its forms, which is a saturated fat, so substitute what works. These guys, like my dog, leave me with a sense of well-being. So sing along with the late great Tom Petty, good night my baby, it's all right for now. Yo Dudes!!! Across Time itself!!!! Tx.
Wait...it takes five min when you have 2 others helping you...What if the student is by themselves. Would a college student be motivated enough to spend 15min on cooking??? hhhhhmmmmmm
