This five minute meditation takes you through focusing on self love and being present in your own positive energy. This guided mindfulness meditation is the perfect morning meditation to start your day or as a walking meditation.
Allow yourself to experience what's right in front of you, by being present, living in the moment, and celebrating how incredible you truly are!
Some of my favorite practices for promoting self love are:
1. Meditating first thing in the morning
2. Brewing a warm cup of tea
3. Sitting in a cozy chair and being present without any distractions
4. Listening to an audio book while going for a walk
5. Taking myself on a lunch date
6. Splurging on a candle I can't get enough of
7. Journaling about my best characteristics
8. Sitting in the sun and feeling the way the rays soak into my skin
9. Reading before bed instead of scrolling on my phone
10. Putting on a relaxing face mask and taking an epsom salt bath
