This felt so good. As women, we carry a lot of physical and emotional tension in our hips. I felt a lot lighter after doing this stretch. Thank you ❤

Been doing this once sometimes twice a day for almost 4 weeks now, and no more pain okay!!! And when Nico comes on and she says hey does anyone else talk to the tv and be like heyyy Girll 😂😂 I love her! So happy I found her channel and IG!!

I loved this. It was the right length & right speed for someone like me with ADHD. Also i have no flexibility & I’m really stiff - this was doable for me. Perfect. Thank you

Peace and love indeed ! My right hip was giving me my back and my knee 5011 different kinds of hell today. This helped the tension so much . I can walk normally
