One of the more challenging things in fitness is isometrics, which is holding a position for a certain period of time.
In today's finisher, you're going to hold the Horse Stance position for a total of 5 minutes.
Challenge your mindset by doing this, unbroken. Try to cut distractions, which means no music or talking - be present with the burn in your legs and quiet the screaming thoughts in your mind.
