I've had always been hesitant to meditate due to the fact that I must clear my mind in order for it to even help but I am a worrier so it swayed me from even attempting at all. I was discouraged until now. Your comments and encourage me to at least try, what could it hurt? I believe that I have much to gain from it and the teachers who show us how. Sometimes I wake in the middle of the night to anxiety/panic attacks and this video always seems to help me calm down almost every time. This is not the first time I've used this video but I felt the need to leave a thank you comment for giving me this precious tool to use in my life when I need it. I appreciate it so much more than you'll ever know.

I was having a social anxiety attack and shaking. I do have a appointment in an hour which i'm so fuckin nervous for. The shaking stopped after the meditation. I'm still nervous but this helped a lot thank you! much love from me :)
after being medicated for adhd, i’ve found my life is so much more fulfilling but simultaneously it is a lot to handle when you’re first starting to get your life together again… unpacking everything i was pushing away induces a lot of anxiety but this helped a lot to keep me focused and confident on my next steps. thank you !

When I started this meditation, I was extremely anxious. Now I am much less so. For me, it was beneficial that there were consistent reminders that my feelings are valid and I should move through them rather than avoid them. This was a great experience - thank you

So I suffer from a really bad fear of death like I stay up at night for hours thinking about it and I’ve had panic attacks so going to sleep is hard for me this meditation before sleeping helps me to forget about it and focus on things that calm me when going to sleep tysm honestly this meditation is a lifesaver :)
