This is such a big help. I have to do something to save my life and your workouts helps me so much! I'm in a wheelchair. I had lost my ability to walk. I'm not going out like that.

I found your chair workouts through a search for exercises I could do with extensive cancer throughout my spine and pelvis from breast cancer that has spread. I can't do anything high impact because I've fractured my pelvis three times due to bone weakness from the cancer. Thank you for these! They're perfect!

Love your videos!!! I'm 48 and am recovering from a severely broken leg and three surgeries to put it back together. Wow, I am so glad I found you 🎉 I have numerous autoimmune diseases, in my 60’s and last year I fell 4ft and shattered my calcaneus 😢 I have just now got out of the boot (9 months) as it hasn’t been healing. I still have to wear a hard brace. My body is soooo weak that just walking 5feet makes me want to pass out. I can’t wait to get my strength back so I can live again🎉🎉

Day 5 of 100 challenge. I only have 10 pllb dumbbells. Did my best to keep up. Muscles are building. This was tough. Will revisit next week. I know my body is a machine that will be stronger as I work every day. Let's go!

Thank you. I hope you’re not going to stop producing Chair exercise videos. I just did your “Can You Handle This Fat Burning Workout / CEO’s, Busy Moms” Video and let me tell you, it was tuff. I have beginning stages of arthritis in my right knee, from running outside too much the dr says. So that workout was hard on my knee the planks, mountain climbs… all tough. I modified and completed the workout. Thanks for reading this.

Donovan(D, D-dog, Dah-man), I'm sixty four and have been in pretty good shape, most of my life. I've 275lbs for the last 8 years and being 6'2" its easy to hide and procrastinate Getting the weight down 230. BMI is 35 I believe. My testosterone dropped to 150 around the same time the weight gain began. I know that's a part of it. Over the last ten years or so, I've watched the wait grow to 275 and stay. I've done some workouts but can't seem to lose the weight.But to be honest, I have not been as disciplined as I could be regarding eating. The wife and I come and go with some stretches of discipline, and then peter out because there's not much improvement. We are back to making a run at it again. The mediterranean diet is where we're going with a little bit of meat for me. Sugars gotta go. To complicate things, I had knee surgery a couple of years ago because of excruciating knee pain in both knees. Unfortunately, the knee surgery did not take and I have to do it again this fall. So chair yoga has been Something I have been looking for and have tried a couple of paid apps that turn out to be gimmicks. I eventually came across your youtube page. Very well, put together with the color schemes and the composition. But most importantly, your attitude and the exercises are absolutely stellar and inspiring. I just started today and I'm going to Go through some of the exercises this week. If the videos or as good as this one, I'll be buying you more than a coffee. God bless you, brother for what you're doing. It's a rare and needful thing.❤💪

My body has gone thru a lot this past week. 😳 I fell Monday November 1st and skinned up the left knee left arm just under the elbow and bruised my left side. It wasn't a very good week. Then last night the 7th, I had a fall in my home and hurt the right side. The knee the arm and my right side, luckily I have wall to wall carpeting. Didn't stop the pain but it kind of cushioned it. I can modify this exercise and try to get my body moving again. Chair, sofa, or the bed LOL. Once again Donovan, Thank you. 👌🏾
