this is completely wrong. only dynamic stretching is need to done before the workout. and only after the workout we need to do the static stretching

Exercise ke pehle aur baad mein stretching jarur karni chahiye. Maine kuch din pehle exercise start ki thi but direct exercise karne se meri puri body mein pain hone laga . Lekin fir do din pehle hi maine exercise ke pehle aur baad mein stretching ki to fir meri body mein bilkul pain nahi hua

if the lower body is not working then automatically the upper body is the best part to work out with. I would recommend to workout like bodyweight exercise with the help of somebody who works out. And you will find a lot of exercises online for those who are handicapped. add weights later when the one is working out is expert in lifting his body weight first.
