5 More Pro Tips and Tricks For Air Arcade + 17 Kill Match Gameplay (War Thunder) 

I’d like to really thank you for, as a content creator, having the guts to make a video on Air Arcade. I tried RB today - two 60 second games. The great Long5shot made videos on all sorts of manoeuvre s: and I even Rope a Doped a pilot yesterday. Just as he taught. So thank you very, very much. It made my day. Please keep up the good work

My advice on air arcade is use stealth belts, since usually stealth belts are composed of the best ammo type and that it's difficult for an enemy to react to your attacks, of course, some belts are better than the stealth like the Emperor's homegrown carrots, or the Air belts for Germany, still, for other countries which has mixed ammo type, stealth belts are the way to go

A tip for air ab: play aggressively as much as possible. Playing cautiously will only result in minimal kills. The ability to respawn makes being aggressive less punishing than in rb. And add the fact that every plane is a ufo makes this playstyle very fun if you follow tankensteins tips. I recommend for air ab a nation whose planes have good firepower and durability. I use usa and ussr for this

i can totally agree with not taling the enemy because any time i am in a faster plane i do s turns to hit more

So I just started playing this game 2 weeks ago and I love it it's super difficult to learn but as I've been playing I'm enjoying it more and more and I appreciate these videos more than you know.

These tip videos are great! Realistic and arcade bombing would be good. More so though bombing in ground forces realistic. That's the hardest thing for me :/

I'm quite a new War Thunder player and I jumped in a game a few days ago and casually got 14 kills and 2 assists on Airfield Domination which is insane for me

What gun targeting distance do you use!

Use 109 climb at 30 degree angle till you’re above everyone, feed on the idiots who try to climb 2km up to you, my highest kill with f4 is 26-0 lol, also drop the 15mm gun pods they’re worthless and run stealth on the 7.7 and air targets on the mg151, also a tip to out turn pretty much be everyone learn how to rudder turn when you’re turning if you full pull elevator AND rudder you turn so much better you just have to learn how to control it, also tip for aiming, aim a little bit in front of the aiming reticle it’s not very accurate

I just can't do this. The most I've gotten with 109s is about 5 kills. I've had a very good game with Russian biplanes, where I got about 15 kills. But 32!?!? How?

To one hit other plane i have to hit that small dots if we near other plane?

how do you kill people so fast? i use the same plane as you but end up just chasing an enemy for 5 minutes just for them to do a maneuver i cant and then i crash

Perspective of someone using tracers is really cursed. The advice is pretty good tho.

before watching my best game was with soviet planes and most kills with 1 plane was 5 in that game where i got 11 total

So what I do when I take a turn is decrease my speed before initiating a turn. Enter 1 circle with enemy. Increase speed mid turn and barrel role using rudder. Crazy maneuver before dieing🤣 But usually I am able to down my enemies.

Why dont you fly using keyboard pitch controls? It makes defensive flying much easier

ive been trying the game for 4 weeks now ... Air arcade, the game itself i like alot but im not sure abouth the anticheat. Several times now i got attacked by players who where 6K out and within 5 seconds they are on top of me, also bieing killed by players without them shooting, perhaps that last one was a bug but then when im in the hangar i have no damadge . Another thing is when im in a fighter going 500+ trying to catch a bomber ... that bomber is going faster then my fighter 🤔 and yes my fighter was full researched. I know im stil a beginner in this game but stil, if the game lets you play old planes against future planes, like a spitfighter against a F16 then i understand how that bomber is faster then me, nut if thats the case i wont play that game no more lol

My first match in War Thunder was air ab, I got around 18 kills. I think it was because I kinda understood how dogfights work from grinding jets in bf4 and the fighter plane in bf1

The thing is respawns cost so much money it is not worth it if you don't get something survivable.

I have to pump fucking all 3000 shots into a enemy to get them down and you barelly hit them and they just pop... wtf...

Addition to your point regarding head-ons.... if you fly USA, .50 cal equipped planes are fantastic if you set the convergence at 500+ meters. Thunderbolts in particular absolutely demolish in head-ons but....... you really want to avoid head-ons against aircraft equipped with centerline cannons (basically just BF-109s and P-38s). But even against those you're not at an extreme disadvantage as you're slinging so much .50 AP lead that all it takes is one of those rounds to punch through the pilot and you win, but it's risky because you're probably not going to fly away without serious damage if you're not also killed. The point with the .50s is that you really need to open up as early as possible, which is somewhere between 1000 and 1500 meters depending on the size of the target (bombers super early, fighters a little later).

what do i do when they're literally camping over the spawn area and when someone spawns they dive and kill???

How do you know when to fly high or low in Air Arcade? Everyone says 4000+ meters is good and altitude is best, but 70-80% of your gameplay is flying low and spamming kills. How do you know when to do that/when should you?

so basically those tips just boil down to playing german planes. This does not help anyone trying to get through the American tech tree for example where most of the fighters especially at mid br level have a turn time worse than most bombers in arcade. Like yeah, if you want to get a ton of kills then just go play a plane that can instantly destroy anything it sees and can turn on a dime. A good tip for people using planes that aren't god tier is to shut off your engine when such planes get on your tail and just keep rolling around and dodging to try to get them in front of you. Hopefully after successfully outsmarting the fool using a Bf-109 an ally has time to get them because if not then they can just instantly do a loop around you and get on your six again because heavy fighters like mid-tier american ones don't like to turn especially at low speeds. Sorry about the rant, I just got kind of triggered because most of these tips are kind of useless if you are not in a god-tier plane. The tip on how to aim when doing head-ons is a good one though.

Unpopular opinion.. this video is pretty misleading because if you try this with any other planes other than Germans and maybe a handful of American planes you will fail miserably embracing this playstyle.

Air ground rb ab doesn't matter this doesn't work on real players looks like this is all AI kills in the video not one person is all over you

Play overpowered and ugly planes like Bf 109 or Fw 190 or any other german plane ... or at least something using biased MG 151/20. You can easily boost your K/R by climbing (so easy with such noob planes) above enemy spawn and spawnkill using B&Z. ggwp EDIT: then, I watched video and realized you just summed it all under in first 1min30 :)

(Cheating server hosts!) The algorithm will protect some players. Usually the server hosts(and connected associates). This channel is just Gaijin hype, Unrighteous hype.
