brooo, you are inspiring me so much so thank you even though i take care of myself and im having a healthy life sometimes i dont find that power to get out of bed in the mornings... but thanks to you i am progressively achieving this small but important goal
hey, I'm trying to get started doing a workout but im struggling with core. Sit-ups don't feel like they're doing much but my core isn't strong enough to do V-ups.

I‘d recommend doing basic exercises like push-ups, dips, pull-ups and Australian pull-ups. And of course, don’t forget the legs. You can create a routine for you or just look on RU-vid, there are tons of different calisthenics plans.
