Edward Grove Hi Ed they might help provide some relief for an injured back but honestly that’s a tough one there. You obviously don’t wanna make anything worse and best case scenario you go to a therapist to get a proper diagnosis. Do you know how injured it or what is actually wrong?

Just what I needed. it was like you mysteriously popped up on my youtube feed. Lol. Thanks, and yes I liked and subscribed brother. Keep up the good work!
These are all lovely moves and it's nice to see you endorse a very yogic practice! However, you should tweak the supine twist. I am 500+ hours trained in therapeutic yoga(and many years taught yoga, and now incorporate it into my personal training), and approaching the supine twist from fully laying on your back will torque the SI joint for some people- probably not that many people you see, because they are strong in their glutes and low back(supporting that SI joint). Many 'yoga people' however, have looser ligaments. My masters taught me to approach this movement from side-lying. Shoulders, arms, hips, knees stacked, plus 2-3 inch blanket/pillow under head, and THEN open the arm up into twist. Just trying to help! Several master yogis have taught me this approach over the years. Like you, I am ALSO very strong in my body, and can approach that twist as you are showing it, but some people will torque SI or low back.
I get very interested as I watch you Sir.... thank you for sharing this 5 exercise ... i sure this is gonna be helpful as sometimes I can’t sleep, if I follow this step I will have a good sleep then. Thank you

I've been watching your videos and taking notes on how to do things properly. My goal is to get in better shape by spring/summer and wanted to do things correctly and properly. I find your videos to be very helpful. PS, you need different type of shorts in your videos.
