I have a base 2002 Acura RSX automatic she has 210k miles trying to fix up cosmetic issues and some faded paint before I do any major changes, thanks for the video man :)
The only thing I would critique is that fully adjustable coilovers are more of a track set up as opposed to lowering springs and adjustable shocks and struts. Just my opinion though! Great video other wise
I recently got a injen cai for $75 and when vtec hits its insane. So far all the mods I have is the intake but there’s more to come, always. Great video btw!

I got a 2002 RSX-S with I/H/E plus KproV4 with an E-tune. I got an RBC ready to be be cut, 72mmTB, Ktuned fuel rail, RDX 410 injectors! I can't wait! But yes motor mounts I will need for sure! Thanks for that suggestion!

Had an 02 rsx-s back in 2006, just saw a red rsx driving through richmond hit vtec and had to reminice a little more, found this video. How wild would it be if that was you? Is your acura emblem and brake calipers yellow now?

Buy a fuel rail for your RSX, maybe a k-tuned fuel rail. You don't really need it if your under 350 or 400hp, but it would look really nice under your hood.
Thanks for the advice man, ill look into that. I have some big visual mods on the way haha, after that and the new paint coat is set up I'll probably get a fuel rail and other stuff to clean up the engine bay.
Do you think you could possibly make a video about things to look out for or consider when looking to buy a 05-06 rsx type s? I’m currently looking to pick one up and would like to know some precautions before buying.
Coil overs are so stupid ,you can feel every bump on the road , I rather have the OEM suspension , and finds other ways to lower my Acura the right way , I m an old school car enthusiast, and I hate to see how kids screw up perfect cars to make them look stupid .
I would definitely agree with these first 5 mods! A good suspension and tire setup helps the handling a lot. Then I would do an intake, Kpro/ktuner, RBC and then header and exhaust (in that order). This really helps the K20 breathe and make some good power. Subscribed! What is your batter setup? I noticed it was an Odyssey battery. Which one and how do you have it mounted? I have been looking at getting a smaller race battery for the track and also to free up some room in the engine bay.
Thanks! Yeah a good intake/rbc/and exhaust go a long way. I didn't mention those cuz i wanted to point out mods people don't always mention/think about haha.
So its an Odyssey PC680, mounted to the frame with a bracket specifically made for that battery. I've been running it for like 3 years lol and kinda dying now so I am going to get a new one soon.
It frees up a lot of room lol, I use to run a bigger and actual full cold air intake so that's why I did the battery relocate. Just running a short ram intake because I'm scared of hydrolocking the motor haha
So actually the previous owner installed it, I'll get back to you on it though. I don't daily my rsx lol so next time I drive it I'll take a look. Thanks, really appreciate it!

Sorry I'm in VA. I would definitely hold on to the car though, try going to forums to see who's a good mechanic or shop in your area that could help you out. What I would do is when car meets open up again, ask people around at your local cars and coffee and I'm sure they can point you in the right direction.

i just came into the car scene recently and found this video a bit confusing can anyone explain what a ecu does and what bolt on means also don't know what he was talking about the clutch also nice vid lol
ECU is essentially the engine’s computer, helps tell the car what to do. Like how high it can rev for an example. Bolt ons are parts you can just bolt on and go with no need to pull the motor. Examples include but not limited to race header, cold air intake, catback exhaust, coilovers. Clutch is the shifting mechanism in a manual car.

The terms are interchangeable. It’s called Ford Motor Company, not Ford Engine Company, right? As well as General Motors, not General Engines. Engines are often referred to as a type of motor
