The girl from Serbia, I guess she's not formally trained in linguistics, so she doesn't know all the technical terms, but my gosh she knows so much about so many languages, it's super impressive!
The girl from Serbia sounds 100% French native!!! It's even more impressive since she's never lived in France... 😮 She doesn't even have a _"small"_ accent, she doesn't have any accent AT ALL!!!
as far as I understood, she attended Lycée français de Vienne. That means that the complete education is in French, they also follow the French educational system
I'm actually impressed by Draga. If you didn't tell me she was from Serbia, and I'd have met her in the street, I would never have guessed her country. She almost have 0 accent, her french was perfect.
I can tell the last Catalan lady is so proud of her Catalan background! Good job! I remember her from previous videos where she was never shy about sharing Catalan culture!
I used to speak Russian and German and found that learning Russian helped me speak German more easily. I have Italian and Spanish friends and find both languages are very similar. I am going to learn Greek as my girlfriend is Greek and she too dpeaks at least 5 languages
Ciao a tutti!
9:53 I'm not impressed that the Serbian girl can speak German so well, I'm impressed that she speaks such good High German even though she's from Austria
Draga!!
Im full on American and my British friends thought my voice was fake when I first revealed it they still thought I was fake and I didnt even know how to do a fake voice until my friend told me how to and I was like "thats crazy"
I love your videos, i wish you guys could found somebody who speaks european portuguese and make a video showing the diferences between brazilian and european portuguese i think it would be interesting
It's impressive how they can switch that easily between languages and still speak them fluently, you can almost feel that their personality kind of changes along. I think I have a kink :)
In German, Spanish, and even Japanese, I have a much easier time with word segmentation, while French just all blends together.
You should learn how to speak hindi as well, since india has the most population in the world, maybe you can meet one and talk, perhaps you can even visit india and you won't be scammed because you can understand what they're talking. 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳 #1
"It's easier to fake an American accent" I wonder if that's because of America being a melting pot so the language sort of evolves to the lowest common denominator way of speaking it that requires the least effort
Nada a ver.
As an American, I'm confused as to why this series keeps choosing 20 year olds to represent our country??? They can barely speak English. How would you not know that a Mailman is also called a Postman when there's a popular American song titled "Hey Mr. Postman", and he works at the Post office?
Agreed! So why not show 4 people between 35 and 40 years of age who can communicate without emojis or text messages? These young people have all the knowledge in the world inside their phones, and never access it.
