Here are the 5 tips to wake early⏰:
1️⃣ Sleep Early
💥 Your goal should not be to wake up early but to sleep early. It's important to sleep enough.
2️⃣ Give Yourself a Strong Reason to Wake Up
💥 Without strong reason you can't wake up. Find a step reason for yourself to wake. If you don't have, then you'll not be able to stay consistent.
3️⃣ Command your Brain
💥 Before sleeping, command yourself to wake up at a specific time. You must have experienced many times, isn't it?
4️⃣ Conquer the first 5 seconds
💥 Do something, that your mind gets active quickly. Sleeping more 5 minutes can lead to 1-hour bonus sleep🫠
5️⃣ Sleep at the same time
💥 If you'll sleep at the same time, then you'll be able to wake at the same healthy. It'll help in building your muscle memory.
