Here are the 5 tips to wake early⏰:
1️⃣ Sleep Early
💥 Your goal should not be to wake up early but to sleep early. It's important to sleep enough.
2️⃣ Give Yourself a Strong Reason to Wake Up
💥 Without strong reason you can't wake up. Find a step reason for yourself to wake. If you don't have, then you'll not be able to stay consistent.
3️⃣ Command your Brain
💥 Before sleeping, command yourself to wake up at a specific time. You must have experienced many times, isn't it?
4️⃣ Conquer the first 5 seconds
💥 Do something, that your mind gets active quickly. Sleeping more 5 minutes can lead to 1-hour bonus sleep🫠
5️⃣ Sleep at the same time
💥 If you'll sleep at the same time, then you'll be able to wake at the same healthy. It'll help in building your muscle memory.

My biggest problem is that when I'm asleep, I just cannot feel anything around me. The alarm sound doesn't wake me up. Even though, the alarm is ringing I can sleep peacefully and at times I don't even hear the alarm sound. 😂

My major concern isnt waking up early ,woh toh nahi hi hota haii, but my biggest problem is that i cannot get up with an alarm, even if i put 8-10 alarms , theyre ringing ,but i still sleep peacefully, mujhe pta bhi nai chalta😂❤

Yesterday my neighbour son got married and today they used crackers as the celebration they've used lots of crackers but still I didn't feel anything and I slept peacefully even though alarm can't wake me up

That 1/2 Hindi 1/2 English and head bob movement brings PTSD of my time with some foreign trained doctors from 🇮🇳 who acted like they owned the building and did not realize that in America there’s no caste system and you cannot expect to treat employees like trash and also have them work hard on your behalf.

2 years tak khud ko bewakoof bnane k baad last 1 month se maine 6:30 am ko uthna start kiya hai, mere husband 8.30 ko uthate hain toh 1 n half hr mai apna workout karti hoon Daily alarm bajte hi 1st thot jo dimag me aata hai woh hai "aj so jati hoon, workout kal kar loongi, ya sham ko bhi kar sakti hoon" but phir mai khud ko hi chmat lgaa kar yaad dilati hoon "tomorrow never comes" 😁

Fix your bed time for example if it is 10 pm then you should sleep by 10 every day.
