1. Sleep Early 2. Avoid Heavy Foods in Dinner. 3. Prepare for Sleep - Cold Shower, Lukewarm Milk, Meditation, Soothing Music, etc. 4. Avoid Keeping Head to North, Sleep on the Left Side (promotes digestion) 5. Have a Good Reason to Wake Up Early. 6. Don't Snooze Alarms. 7. I keep rice and wheat 😁 and all the pegions and sparrows have become familiar to me They come at time and peek through the window if i have forgotten to keep the grains 😅
I used to wake up early in the morning around 4 am during board exams and yes the atmosphere at that time is quite different. At 5:00 am the satisfying sound of Azaan from the nearby mosque and at 5:30 the chants of Hanuman Chalisa from the temple filled me with the much needed positivity.
During exams or internals. I surprisingly wake up early even after sleeping late. I sleep at 2 and wake at 5! But after studying for few hours i take a 2 hours nap... That's so refreshing!!

Well i wont recommend you to just get up as soon as you wake because your body need to be prepared for doing any activity after waking up.... If you just wake up and run out of your bed then I may gave u a heart stroke... Soo just wait for 1 min after waking up and then start ur day
I have started watching a series and just because that episodes get uploaded each day at 6 am, I wake up exactly at 5:30 even without alarm... motivation has changed me, from waking up at 11:00 am to waking as early as 5:30... it's a great transformation 😁

Guys.... I wake up early at 5 am and believe me I feel so calm and fresh.... morning time 4 to 6 am is just amazing.... I even wake up early on Saturday and sunday and its amazing....even if you wake up early and start work with laptop for office work it gets finished in just 1 hour which will take 4 hours after 9 am
@Neeharika M i don't mind helping her at all but she has to do things that i cant do at 3am, and as i can't cook, but i can do cleaning and stuff but then my grandma just don't want me to do that coz apparently she doesnt like how i do chores, and my mom is on medication for her mental health so that affected her sleep and she just can't sleeo at night so she wakes up early and she sleeps in afternoon, so what can i do about that and i am only 13 so what else do you expect out of a 13 year old (jk tho)

When you set your alaram at night, put it at least 10 steps away from you so that you have to leave the bed to shut it down. That's how it will be easy to leave the bed . Now I wake up at 4am in the morning without any hustle and I sleep like a baby .

Truly there's nothing more satisfying than waking up early. I totally agree on that.. Waking up 4.30 AM and observing the nature, watching the sunrise and birds or animals and people starting their day, chirping of birds. Fresh air. Taking a walk.. Sunbathing it's just so much better to wake up early and i felt that when i wake up early i feel much more energetic while working out..i feel focused and most importantly i feel i have self control over me.. I dont feel obsessed with social media, caffeine or any gadgets..
Few weaks ago , I used to wake up 10 min before my alarm and then i stopped,this video helped me know what was the reason that I was able wake up early without the alarm.

I have really seen myself waking up at the exact time I want to. Just before I sleep I tell myself to wake up at 6 or 4 or anytime that I want to. Finding out the exact reason for disturbed sleep could help you break the cycle. Or it could be anxiety (i mean the medical one) that doesn't allow you to sleep when you have plans of waking up early.
I do this I keep my phone on the study table so that I couldn't resist from waking up😁 And believe me I wake up at 4:30 am and 1st half hour I listen some bhajans and then I spend 40 to 45 min with nature it's reAlly very calming and rejuvenating:) I also follow your 15 min yoga everyday without a single. I wake up at 5:15 at morning help me to do all my work and schedule. I was also a lazy person but from few months .i just follow my pattern i wake up early in morning and feel fresh and enthusiastic 😊 early morning yoga is very good to calm ☺️with me and my family we do this at early morning.
Be hungry...... it is scientifically proved that if we eat less or be hungry our brain runs more than an eaten person . TRY IT (personally recommended)

All good information. One thing I would like to point out is that cold shower activates our body and it is not recommended before sleep. Scientifically a warm shower cools down body than taking a cold shower
I am not an early riser normally... Now that i am first time mom with WFH my sleep is on roller coaster ride.. I sleep whenever I get time..work during late hours... Everything is messed up... I can always feel my energy is draining out as days go... I don't know how these will help with a baby... But still i am going to try so that I can spend my quality time more with my baby morning hours besides running after chores, office work etc... That's my motivation now... Idk man some indians naturally have that accent even if theyre indian i cant talk in his accent even though im an indian. American accent makes it easier to talk in. Im not faking it lol
I tried this 🥲 by keeping my alarm in kitchen and I sleep in bedroom but these days my body automatically wakes up,goes to kitchen,turns the alarm off and goes back to sleep by iteself FUNFACT-I dont even remember when the hell i turned it off... Edit-My mom wakes up by hearing my alarm and I go back to sleep and my mom be like "AM I JOKE TO YOU"

Hi Vivek,you are correct, overcoming the first 10 minutes in the morning is the biggest challenge.but from tomorrow (it's 6:30pm now) I ll surely wake up early (6am) in the morning and give you the feed back after a week. 👍👍
