We broke up 100 days ago, we’ve known each other for 3 years and been in a relationship for a year and i am in a no contact rule for more than a month now. He wants to be friends with me still but i dont feel like pretending that everything is easy and okay. At first i missed him, no doubt but days passed, the more i focus on myself the more i realized my worth and i deserved better. And now, i am not in searching for next relationship, i feel like i am enjoying my single life more.

Your comments on no contact are not exactly what some people need to hear. This is constructive criticism here, just saying. Spend some time talking to some folks In extreme cases. Here's a test. a Prove me wrong test. Its like I expected better from you because I know you can be a better man. I had one ex make reservations for a hotel. He had a girl that he made a priority over me bc he was in love with her for like the last 20 years. I was secondary choice... I wanted him to mute her....or at least not be flying by on his fb feed. I didnt say unfriend her but instead of keeping the hotel reservations when we got into an argument about her and muting her. A "bid" for him to show me I was a priority that my feelings matter. its like I knew 99% he'd fail and hoped for 1% that he would prove me wrong. I've done personal work since then so dont be coming at me.

My fearful avoidant ex broke up with me a few months ago. I did a lot of chasing and emails and did not get much response. I have gone periods of 4 to 5 days of no contact. My ex is kind of testing me right now. One of the reasons for the breakup was because he was afraid I couldnt handle him having to go on the road for months at a time sometimes. Well we have recently begun to start connecting again a little bit when he found out he had to go away for a few months and I told him It would be a good chance for me to prove that I can handle him being gone, and he said okay, but he diddnt think I could do it, and the fact that I'm continuing to stick around and even help him deal with things here in the homefront, is actually surprising him and frankly impressing him. He isnt used to this seeing as how every other woman before has left him because they couldnt handle him being gone like this.

About the sex test my ex was wearing colorful pj pants and had reg pants over them string was out and I grab the string because I thought something was on his pants. I was like oh it’s ur string from ur pj pants lol he laughed and said yeah u want the other one I said nah I don’t need to taste the rainbow. Flirty but shut him down for the fwb type of thing. Also how long is ur recommended no contact rule? What’s a good medium? My ex is absolutely doing two of these. First he unblocked me and started posting a bunch of public photos with his new girl. I never reached out. Then after they broke up I saw him on a dating app and messaged him a friendly text. He hasn't responded to it. It's been almost two weeks. He's tried the jealousy and ignoring so far 😂

I personally think if you were dumped (when you didn’t do anything dreadful to precipitate the breakup) it should be the ex who repairs what they broke. Secondly why would you want to be with someone who plays games or tests.
