I know how painful it is for being sleepless. I'm a person who sleeps very hard. Until later, try to take a warm shower before going to bed, make the room dark, and finally find the sound of the atmosphere to lull to sleep. Which for me is very helpful it prevented me from thinking to much and falling asleep. So I started by listening to it and remembering what kind of sound I liked.
