There is an app I use for spiritual development. There are many exercises, and one of them is making a small enjoyment plan for each day. I notice how much that one little habit changes my life from day to day. Enjoying the present creates enjoyment in the future. 🙏
"Fun is the aftermath of deliberately manipulating a familiar situation in a new way." Such an amazing quote! Too often, I get caught up in so much work and life stuff that I forget to just relax and have fun. I really love that reminder. :)
I keep coming back to this video! Thank you! Very helpful mindset shifts. It’s funny how certain things in your life will immediately come first thing to mind when certain questions are asked
Hi Muchelle! Thanks so much I love your vids! I just wanted to let you know when you do the little cards across the very bottom of the frame the closed captions (cc) actually covers it up when that is on! Just letting you know as someone who uses cc for everything :)
Watching this video in the sun at 6 am, with my 14 week golden retriever puppy by my side and a coffee in my hand was a really nice way to start this day! 🐶☕ As always, thank you for an excellent video. Tomorrow I go on a summer break from my college studies and I will absolutely do a brainstorming session with these questions in mind. ☀️
I gave a thumbs up as soon as I saw your adorably beautiful kitty... followed by your smile at the camera that basically said, "Yes, I'm using my cat without its consent to get you to love me more, but admit it: It's totally working, isn't it?" Damn it, Muchelle, YES. - Karl
I loved the video! But is it just me or the video is sped up? I kept looking at the settings making sure it was in 1x, I just want to know if it is or if online uni is driving me crazy hahah
I hope you and your family is safe.... I read about the rats in Australia. Nowadays people around the world are facing varied problems....I pary all this ends soon. I enjoy your content.❤️ 👍
Laying in bed with a sunburn after kayaking with my dad and dog the other day, feeling sickish. Been trying to use my time wisely by working on and finalizing my manuscript - hope to publish this week. ☺️ I may be feeling eh, but my book is keeping me going and this video is motivating, so thank you. ❤️
I get low-key excited as soon as your video pops up in my feed! Your videos have literally changed my life - to say the least. I cannot begin to express how some of the things you have said/advised/done in your videos have brought light to my dull days. The content is as always amazing and I appreciate all the hard work you put into this channel to make it such a happy and inspiring place! Keep the good vibe going!
You’re my absolute inspiration and I pray I can someday be as positive and motivated as you are. I mean I have your photos on my vision board from 2020 ( didn’t make a 2021 one ). Do you have any tips on how to accomplish your goals? What to do in the morning to have a great day?
Michelle, I love your videos and content but in the last videos I had the feeling you were talking so fast. Maybe it is also because i am not a native speaker but sometimes it's hard for me to digest everything you say. And then I feel stressed. 😄

"What's it all for" is a terrible question because the answer is inevitably "nothing". Start asking yourself "what's it all for" and you're going to wind up quitting your job and living in the woods. Why am I wasting 45 hours a week working? Why are we all working until we die? Why are we here? What's it all for? It's a question that will kick you into an existential crisis.
The aim of the question is for you to remember the reason why you are going through this hardship. Is it for a certain goal you want to achieve? If you don't have one or if it's not important enough for you to remember, then might as well you stop doing it. Clear your mind and look through your life in a new perspective. Find where your passions lie and work towards it. It's important to ask this question once in a while, for it to fuel you through your tough times ^-^
I think she means using it in a moment of indecisiveness: where do I want to visit for vacation? a beach might be better for relaxing, a waterpark might be more energetic and fun. what’s your purpose for going on vacation?
for your 45 hour workweek: maybe it’s to support a loved one or a pet or yourself/future self. if it does lead to a spiral, then try her fourth question! what are my other options?? if you’re young/not tied to too many things, take some calculated risks!
MuchelleB I don’t know where to put this comment but I am very and upset and disappoint with your promotion of Skillshare. I would like everyone to know that YOU SHOULD NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. MuchelleB obviously has nothing to do with this, but I think people should know that Skillshare will keep your card on file after cancellation, charge your card without providing a membership subscription, and also only have one channel of communication (email) so they can refuse to refund you. I have documented all of this, and thankfully I’m sure my bank will clear this, but it’s disappointing to have this experience. It is especially irritating when a quick google search has shown me that MANY, MANY people are experiencing this. People have been charged hundreds of dollars without even receiving a service! Please, find your classes elsewhere! I don’t know how this is legal to do to your customers!
