Just opened the box and couldn’t get it to spin. Watched your video and after a couple of tries and only getting it to go for a min or so. I finally was able to do five minutes. 53 years old and never did a hoola hoop in my life. But now I can!

It is also good to spin the other way around. I love using my hoop. I spend 15 minutes going in one direction and 15 minutes going in the other direction.

I got my smart hoop a couple of weeks ago and I felt very discouraged the first day. I couldn't do more than 10 spins and it felt like a failure since I thought it was supposed to be easier than the standard hula hoop 😅 luckily I found this channel the next day, I recommend the video "pro teaches beginner how to use a smart hoop". It fixed everything straight away! Now I'm able to go on for a couple thousand of spins. Thank you, and for everyone else: don't give up!

I gained quite a bit of belly weight, and smart hooping seems to be the absolute best workout to do to get rid of it. I am really surprised that more ppl don't know about how good a workout this actually is

@@kayblossom8505i think it depends on what weight you’re starting at. i’ve seen videos of people who started at 300+ pounds, used the hula hoop daily, and ended up with lots of loose skin. but there are other people in the 180-250 range who used the hoop and ended up toned with a slimmer waist. so i think it all depends

Just got mine today I got the 65 inches. Think it’s 32 links I have 2 tracks of 3 links left. Took 3 links out to make snug on large belly. It’s fun but it is not easy to get going or keeping it going. I stand I foot in front of other. The few minutes I did it I was tired. I’m not very active & did a 13 min hall walk before doing it. I think it’s fun & I will do it daily until I catch the hang. The movement seems really awkward. The main thing is I thought my waist was way bigger than it is so it’s a nice surprise to see I didn’t use all the links & took additional links out. I’m like a kid with a shiny new toy

Thank you sooooo much for this video! I lost the instructions to my Infinity Hoop, so YTU was my go to. Your video helped me a lot. I haven't picked up a hoola hoop since I was a kid. That being said, I'm super rusty. I did every step as you mentioned, and finally lengthening the rope was the trick for me!

Hoop, thank you for your videos. Because of your videos, I kept working with my Smart hoop and finally was able to keep the centrifugal ball going. My question is do you recommend the ball being closer or further away from your body. Which position requires more of a workout.

How does this compare to the weighted hoops in terms of trimming the waistline which one is more effective? I noticed the ball spinning makes a lot of sound that may irritate me from using it? Do you think i can corporate zumba with this hoop? I was able to rollerblade and hoop at the same time wity the weighted hoop it was quite fun. I wonder what the biggest obstacle in using this is as well as if it is restricting to the creative ways iin using it compared to a regular weighted hoop?
