Thank god you covered porn. I've seen other RU-vidrs make a similar list and I feel that no one wants to take on that task. Personally, I've struggled with porn for years. Not only are you consuming another individual virtually, as you mentioned, but you are also consuming someone physically. It got to the point where sex was not pleasurable for me anymore and just seemed repetitive. It ruined a lot of potential relationships and I refrained from having any type of sexual intercourse for 9 months to undo some of the damage. There are not many positive outcomes from porn and I encourage my fellow brothers to really take a look at what it can do to you on so many levels. Cheers!

Great comment. Porn can sometimes ruin a person's perspective of REAL intimacy. Sex and intimacy are VERY different. They.are totally separate entities. In MY own opinion intimacy is the deeper of the two. It's a very comfortable feeling that one feels when lying in bed with someone and NOT thinking about sex, but appreciating and loving the person next to you.

My biggest regret has been chasing after someone I loved or suffering over the lost of someone who did not care about me. My second regret was spending years trying to make others happy by giving them everything while neglecting my own happiness or responsibilities. Being good to others is good but one must never delay our own goals or we'll wind up like most older folks trying to play catch up later in life - alone. People just tend to be selfish and eventually leave when they get bored or unhappy regardless of your feelings. So take care of number one - YOU!

Even for people that are not in relationships, porn can have a detrimental impact in the way you look for a partner. In my case, when I stopped using porn and when I got off all dating apps, I was left with no option but to try and get intimacy from the people I met in my daily life. This meant that I had to reach out more to talk to people and interact, which, in turn, really opened me up to talk to _anyone_ . I basically became much more sociable and pleasant just by deleting those two main sources of easy sex. I now recommend it to a lot of people, but few are the ones that can actually commit... I guess when it's already part of your routine/habits, it's much harder to get rid of (just like any other addiction). Once again, Mr. Boucher, you're topics are amazing and genuine and I love the kind of discussions you spark. I was a faithful subscriber before you started this more personal series, but now I just don't see what better person to get this kind of content from. Pietro Boselli was also quite genuine about his insights on RU-vid, but he never really followed through, which was a shame, as I quite liked his material as well. You should give him a look.

It’s strange of how some guys literally hit the age of 40 years old and a light bulb turns on in their brains and they decide that it's time to change their undesirable/emotional behaviors in order to try to live a better and meaningful life…..hopefully guys in their 20’s and 30’s have watched this because he really did bring some good points.

Westin, I also have to leave a comment. I found your beard dye video and have been watching your channel. I have also been working on the words of anger, and I feel like the infornation in this video will help me! I also 100% agree with you on the porn! When I was younger, I felt more attachment, but subsequent break ups have dulled me. However, 100% if one person is done with the relationship, there is no conversation or personal changing that can change that fact. Healthy relationships are between two people who WANT to be together and sometimes it is only the matter of one person not being emotionally ready for the other. If you love someone, you only want them to be happy and sometimes that means letting them go.

I'm 30 now and I regret using drugs to cope with my problems during the twenties. Drugs are a total waste of your time and I learned that the best way for solving any problem is to adapt my actions asap with the solutions and not waste too much time thinking on it. The more you think on it, the more your mind will create excuses to escape it and procrastinate. And the more time I lose on not acting on it, the more difficult it will be the for the adaptation. It's like Bruce Lee said, "be water".

Great video, Thank you, You are very persuasive and a good role model (except for the tattoos your parents probably didn't approve of), I have a son your age that has tattoos, I had mine removed. From my experience we really do not stop trying to find ourselves & improve ourselves, it is more difficult as we age. I wished I would've went grain & gluten free sooner and never used cell phones or wifi, I had 2 tumors painfully removed from my chest because of EMF radiation from cell phones & wifi, I went from being super strong, healthy & extremely fit to extreme weakness and have never been able to recover. Life was better before cell phones & wifi, don't let cell phones enslave you, hardwire your computer & shield your electronics, turn off bluetooth in home & car. I could've used your advice when I was younger so I hope others listen to you on this. I wish I could be as persuasive as you are.

Good question! I’m hoping to film a style video in the next couple of months. Belts aren’t a big trend in fashion right now. Most seem to wear fitted pants so that it’s not necessary. But I still think a clean, minimal looking belt can add a lot if it matches the tone of the shoes worn or accessories.

Yea some big regrets has to be some bad market decisions. I also sprained my ankle 3 years ago using a bad pair of shoes and then hurting my ACL and MCL after playing more basketball on a not so great ankle. I have made some terrible decisions like not continuing college. Between financial and physical pain from injury its been rough.

I like your point of view on porn and especially how you bring it. I've watched videos where the guy says that you HAVE TO stop watch porn because your sex life will be worse than hell (and I am way too stubborn to accept that advice if it is brought that way) and that not jerking off for one week will make your skin smoother or something. I am only 21 and only had a few solid friends with benefits, but never a real relationship. The friends with benefits did gave me a very clear understanding on the differences between good sex and porn and I think if you have an understanding of that difference, you can have a healthy relationship with porn. It can easily help in discovering yourself in terms of sexuality and fantasies, same as alcohol can make social interactions easier. But if you have a solid relationship like you explain, I can imagine porn is something you need, which I also experienced when I have some good sex with a lady I am attracted to.

Annas Butt have you tried biore pore strips? If you take a warm washcloth and sit it on your nose for about a minute it will open up your pores and then you apply the strip. This always works for me, good luck!
