Sorry for having to disappear for a couple weeks, I had some irl things come up. But I'm now back and we're going to be putting out content frequently! Subscribe if you're not already! We're almost at a pace to reach 100k before the year is over! Thank you for all your support lads!
damn boi you have come a long way amigo I still remember the first stream I watched for you it was at like 30k or smth with the rammus and master yi inting on 200 ping stream lmao
I like how you are talking about tradinional sports and championship rings and how "evry major sport league" is doing it, i have only ever heard about championchip rings from the US and american fottball outside of the US, i would guess that Canada has them in more sprts too but out North America i have only herd ring in american football
@@iN_Vz it doesnt look THAT uncomfortable. If nobody would said anything i dont think people would think of this ad as bad at all. Its a decent one i guess.
Been saying this to my parents that i had a chance to be at a esport team in mlbb because i ranked top 37 karrie Philippines and had over 878points mythical glory,5057matches and 68% winrate, with these i can apply to an esport team with these record, but rejected this request and said they'd rather leave me homeless than see be a *addict* to the game,l left mlbb for 9months and just lost my skill,i got discourage by them and i almost never touched the game again, its quite sad how people see games as not profitable and being a school janitor is more profitable than being in an esport team(my father said this to me),the ignorance in many people is quite sad
4th u missed the part of winning worlds and getting the skins i think i heard scarra say somewhere i cant remember where that it brings in 6 figures of money every year but i cant remember if its right dont trust me but trust me edit:so it comes out that im a ooga booga man and Nicolai talked about in his last video xd
You're right my friend All the players that have won worlds get a skin designed by themselves and all the income of each skin goes to each one of the players
fun fact: OMG's training facility was used to film a chinese live action esports drama called The King's Avatar edit: please watch it or read the novel or something come join me in the fandom hahaha
DUUUDE i thought that place looked familiar! i was just watching it earlier then watched this video, and the facility had an uncanny resemblance to TKA
As a european I kinda doubt that "essentially every sports league does this" I did a quick google search and I dont see football/soccer rings for the champs. So I assume its more like an US american tradition rather than a "traditional sports" tradition but yeah +1 for fueling the stereotype that american see themselfes as the representatives of the world :D
"In traditional sports they get championship rings" (US only fella ;D you make it sound like that is the case everywhere but it actually isn't) Never seen anyone receive rings for championships in Europe
@@seelfire4725 yall expect us to learn about Km, but people from the u.s learn both measurements in science classes. But other people can't even learn a thing about miles, feet, inches etc...
@@eloonto851 we do know about miles, feet and all of that bs. Thats why we know its bs. Can you say, of the top of your head, how many inches are in a mile? We can say how many cm are in a km
I would have been okay with sleeping in the closet, as long as it's not summer. small, probably traps heat well, blocks out a lot of light... well, maybe the mattress being on the floor is a bit much.
Fun fact: Arena of Valor can't compete with Mobile Legends in SEA region market. The tournament is slowly dying. That's the reason why riot now release League mobile (wild rift) And more fun fact: ML player base in SEA server is in turnmoil since they already had enough with Mobile Legends micro (macro) transaction Good year to release Wild Rift rito. Good year
ML IS FUCKING MONEY HUNGRY.Each skin costs too much .it literally costs more than a legendary lol skin avg of 600-700 pesos while league has a premium of only 500 and the quality is over the top compared to the reused ML bs. The skins in ML even give fucking stats and runes need to be bought by the thousands . Those fucks need to die.
@@sanjivinsmoke9154 Good question, i would probably be a support though. To know i'd have to play vs skt and him but the chance of that is close to none because i'm 22 in a week. Doesn't change that it hurts watching other ppl in pro-play.
when u say "esports" u mean "league of legends esport scene" cause espors existed before to league and dota, in fact one of the oldest scenes would be the fps community and the fgc(fighting games community) with tournaments back in early 00's halo, counter strike and mid/late 90's street fighter turbo 3rd strike ,tekken 3 etc. Yet the moba scene are more profitable, for having leagues where players have salary instead of fighting games where there's a tour and in order to make money u have to be at least on top 8 of a tornament.
that was such a bad doritos commercial but then again, the norm for commercials in china are like that, while in america companies try to be more relatable
And my parents 5 years back were like... "it gives you nothing! Better go and play outside..." yeah, hey kids, if you catch me you will get 1M dollars! Bruh...
You do _know_ that they struggle to pay for those team houses because the Esports organizations don't pay them what they promise them and then blackmail them with the unpaid money don't you?
the winnings of the top players is actually insane, I was looking at smash bros pros estimated earnings few months back and it has infamously low prize pools and still the winnings for top players are hundreds of thousands
well if you come to china you will see league is beaten by mobile moba called honor of king which is a league rip off made by tencent who own riot, or when you come to sea you will see league is beaten by enother mobile moba called mobile legends, and in taiwan league beaten by mobile moba called aov which is international version of honor of king, all those 3 mobile game have their esport scene, that why riot decide to realese league on mobile because most of their income spically in china has been taken over by mobile moba
i feel like the chinese team with the spaceship house isnt to cater to players but rather to show off how much money they have and how great they are, its a very chinese thing.
I don't think that these Esports Players' luxuries are over the top. I mean, they are legitimate athletes who make their handlers a lot of money in sponsors and what not. Think about the crazy multi-million dollar deals and high salaries that NBA or football stars draw. It's no more ridiculous than that. Or vacuous singers and actors who make mad cash despite having no discernible talent haha.
Arena of Valor is dying outside of China. All of mobile MOBAS are dying actually. Probably why tencent wanted LoL mobile (not sure if they wanted it but i think they do because they're the ones who will release it)
8:33 wont matter now since Arena of Valor and Leauge are both owned from by one company, Tencent a chinese company that has major shares or mid shares on almoost every single game u play. Wonder why Valorant skins cost a lot, cause they paid 400 million bucks on this free game, so they want money.
1:55 Oh yeah, classy, I did the same in the first place I lived in, save alot of space for everything else and more cozy than one could think, I vote yes on efficiency, OG gamer house in a nutshell
Its kinda bulshit to me that they build space ships for gamer to create more gaming feelings for them while poeple live on the streets im nkt saying cancel esports or something but you could help with that money a lor.
As a european it sometimes amazes me how small most americans horizon is... no, not almost every sports league gived out rings😂 thats mostly an american thing
