I really want back Ascension, One for All, Definitely not Dominion; hell, even Hexakill and Nexus Siege(do people even remember these two)! I'd say fuck Legend of the Poro King, but with how long it has been since the last one, I'd welcome it again(just once though). AND BRING BACK NEXUS BLITZ PLEASE, RIOT! And who could forget the beast that was BLACK MARKET BRAWLERS?
Wait, what does fun mean? Clearly Riot doesn't know what that means since everything is being based around "Ranked -insert something here.-" Like really, Ranked TFT? Its literally auto-chess, an automatic gamemode where you are completely controlled by RNG. How does that get a ranked mode?
Dominion not included... Sad that it is already forgotten. Rito just deletes stuff instead of improving and i have no idea why. TT was not played that much because it never received any love whatsoever except the one map rework.
Me and a buddy tried some tt before they announced the removal. It was full of bots and toxic people. More bots sadly, it was kinda shit to play. Bots made it unplayable, at least toxic players have a brain.

Since it will be just a big joke to make videos in plat or gold. Buuut the server bugged everyone in the game had 100ms and lost because it was unplayable. What riot did ? They gave me a box from wich i got ward.. amazing.
Lose war for gamers? More like lose your income in youth gamers who actually still play it and have money and they earn it that's why riot realise they misstake which would make old player base lose all old connections to game which would drop they income quite a lot
@@儀水鏡の妖怪霊 Yeah, but it's an OPTION. If you prefer it then that's on you if you have some visibility issues. If you don't want the visibility issues then you can use the new cursor option instead. There's literally no reason to remove it, it's such a small thing that's already coded into the game, it's hardly taking any resources to keep it there I'm sure. And I say this as someone who actually prefers the new cursor.

Finally, someone else said it... I've been playing 3v3 more then 5v5... Also it was a good way to take a break from the toxic BS... Also ques were short, Ranked was active and I rarely saw the same people on it
I miss 3v3.... I normally only played with two other friends consistently. And there we can do random shit and be great at it. Jayce Jungle was a beautiful thing. Never had to leave the jungle to gank. So many champions worked in 3v3 that didn't in 5v5. And that's what made it great
They lie by their heartbeat. I used to play Twisted Treeline like all the time since I always play alone. Ques faster than normal mode a lots. Also very fun to play.
I actually love new Aatrox. Such a great improvement. I miss two thing about Aatrox tho, first his revive mechanic, and second his when you use your ult you could hear Aatrox's theme. That was so badass bro. :D I hate 8.13 patch. They removed that masterpiece.
@@maxenite New Aatrox is fine, but just...isn't Aatrox. Newtrox is a savage dumbass with a grating voice only a mother could love. Oldtrox was a chad manipulator with sick voice-acting and proper Lore integration. New Aatrox should've been a new champion, and Old Aatrox should've just remained.
Ranked teams, remember ranked teams... It was the funniest thing, you could have ranked with your team every day at every hour and not just on periodic weekends when crash appears
@@KarolinFluffy Ranked teams didn't have rank restrictions you could have 2 Bronze V and 3 Diamond 1's. You could play as a team with your friends. Now you cannot if they are far apart in skill.
RIP Dominion. The gamemode so neglected and forgotten, it can't even make it into a list about failed / removed features. I'll always remember your release and how 'fast and fun' you were.
I feel like a loading screen chat would make players more engaged at the beginning of a match and prevent afk's / players coming back late after the game has already started
yeah Teemo is annoying but League is trying to have a nice fresh look as their game ages. Honestly they need to kinda overhaul and rework the whole code.
The challenger rewards are such a cool concept. I started playing recently and didn't know it was a thing. It would be so cool if they got an exclusive skin, emote or avatar. I also love the medallion, but I guess it is complicated to ship all the stuff :T
Because it makes no sense. No one is forced to use it and leaving it in there wont hurt anybody. Rito prob play the: "Its bad to have the choice because competitive"- card later when they want to remove it

So fucking true man. With these new changes if you don't pick meta champ you are useless the burst is so high you dont even need to do you combo good you just one shot people even if you are bad. Every new champions have complicated op abliites: dashes, shields, CC-s everthying on one kit . Before you could go soraka adc and win because you were better player not beacasue you first picked an OP meta champ. We are forced to play with competitve changes while riot doesn't understand even challanger games are not even close to high level competitive games.
aspect of fun hasn't been removed by riot, it's been removed by the players... the competitiveness, it reached out to normals and even aram... don't blame riot, blame everyone else @Richard Molnar, yes i remember, back when everyone complained about the tank meta... it was so fun then, everyone cried about how you couldn't burst everyone. now they nerfed tanks and because no one can tank, everyone gets bursted... what a surprising result. what makes your point even more ridiculous is how you say the game is made for pro-play... if that were true we'd still be in the tank meta, as the current burst meta is shit for macrogames and AD raka still works if you're better than the enemy, but if matchmaking works and you get the same enemy independant of your champ, you lose as AD raka... (with a normal adc you have about 50% chance to win lane, if you pick an off-meta champ your winrate decreases, so you just prove the improvement of matchmaking with your point) @WhiteSythle instead of calling him strawman, take his point apart, tell us all what was wrong about what he said. tl;dr: don't complain about your losses, it happens

The things I miss from old league of legends (no particular order) 1. Old Sion (loved his kit) 2. Old poppy 3. Old Galio 4. Gangplanks old voice acting 5. Rotating game modes 6. Sated devourer 7. Ap Yi 8. Dominion 9. TWISTED TREELINE (by far the one that hurts the most) 10. Spectating high MMR games All these things got removed because riot deemed them “unfun” or “not meta”. And it really sucks because league of legends is not the same game that I started playing back in 2012 and I miss the laughs and good times that this game use to bring me and my friends. It seems like today’s LoL there’s almost no fun to be had and you have to try hard every game if you wanna have a chance at winning
I miss old Voli's hurl back (and passive), old Fiddle's poke, TT, actually useful ADCs, Sanguine Blade. I can still remember that Yasuo main wanted a 1v1 with me and when I picked Voli, handed his arse to him he cried about how Voli "isn't a 1v1 character". Also I passionately disagree with old Poppy, especially Lollipoppy skin.
Riot, please bring back PvE gamemodes, they were fun, they were amazing and they were challenging. I'm glad to have been able to play Odyssey, Star Guardian and Doom bots but I really want others to have the same fun as I did!
Half of these weren't removed, they were never realised. Also, remember when they removed the mana bar of enemies so you actually had to left click them to see it? That was an awful short time removal.
"TT is unpopular" What the actual f? It was the only game mode I was playing at all in the end. If they actually polished TT more, instead of letting it waste, so it feels like a cheap LoL mod, not only would I have not quit LoL, other people would have kept playing it. Also same thing with the new cursor. It's transparent, in the middle, it blends with the background. Why would I use this awful piece of shit, that has barely any contrast. Riot, to you really want me to touch the game files and help making a server re-implementation, because that's what it sounds like.

Be Rito Game'SSS with only One Game bringing out Updates for Summoners Rift and ARAM, leaving out Twisted Treeline and Dominion. Then being confused why only a small percentage of the Playerbase plays Twisted Treeline and Dominion. Then give Twisted Treeline a small Update and let it rott like Dominion. Skip a couple Years or whatever time period. BAM, Remove it and Surprised Pikachu Face why people get mad. And cherry on Top bring out "Prestige" Skins who are super rare and exlusive, only that we have 23 of them currently with 2 more coming this Year. GG WP RITO, oh also 200 years of xp.
RGMs were honestly my favorite part of LoL... Nexus Blitz in particular was the most fun I've ever had in this game, and it will never come back. It makes me sad.

I'm sorry to hear that! I actually don't do that on purpose! Recently my editing program has been having issues rendering certain files, like the one you mentioned. Although during the editing process the clip was moving smoothly, after I rendered it, it came out glitching like you see in the video. I will try to avoid letting that happen in the future! Sorry for any issues!
I would like to have seen the data on Twisted Treeline from Seasons 1-5, before they stopped balancing for the map and the funnel strat that eventually prevailed and stopped casual players playing the mode.

honestly i miss all the game modes. when the new dark star skins came out i thought there would be the dark star thresh game mode again. i miss the legend of the poro king game mode now. i miss them all.
Nexus Blitz was literally AMAZING! It had literally almost every gamemode inside, with actually objectives to do and a lot of fun rewards for doing them... I don't get how the population was that low...
There's two ways for me to top playing League. One: Removing ARAM. Two: Removing the legacy cursor. One would be nullified if it's replaced by Ascension being a permanent mode (I don't care about the scale, I loved that mode to death).
They can't really remove ARAM though. Back in my day, ARAM was played on Custom maps. You just agreed to only go mid and not into / beyond the river bushes. Later when Dominion (another forgotten gamemode) was a thing, ARAB was developed where you'd play an aram match along the bottom of that map instead. It was only because of how popular the gamemode was that Riot eventually turned their tutorial map into an aram map, and then later customized and fleshed out the tutorial map into an actual aram map, and turned it into an official gamemode. So good news! They only have one way to stop you from playing league. :)

i dont know how could returing the rotating game modes hurt. i mean its not bad just having the option to play it. and i really miss one for all and doom bots. doom bots being the game where your opponent is also your team mate (well not counting my rank games)
So first of all Ascension is hands down the best game mode, but I understand that some started to hate it because it came so often in the cycle. Secondly I cant believe the Tft and nexus blitz numbers, bc i search sometimes up to 10mins for a tft but never had a queue higher than a minut for nexus blitz. Even twisted treeline and dominion had shorter queue times. Goodnes i miss these modes.
I hear that Star Guardian/Odyssey event were amazing. Same goes for theme changes like Bilgewater event (i really need MORE champion/event reveals like that - imagine summoners rift as a space where both star creators and destructors fight? Dayum)... I could see SO MANY PEOPLE enjoying that but... No? Gosh, good we still have aram, cuz i'd be sick if SR if not aram.
Remember these sort of little awards that used to grow next to your healthbar above your champion when you were getting fed a few years ago? One day they just disappeared and I never found any mention of them getting removed in patchnotes. Does anyone have any info on that and why they removed that feature??
I miss Doom Bots, Hexakill, Ascension... Now, imo, the reason graphs ( 7:48 ) show declined stats for all rotating gamemodes (and that TFT _seems_ to have increased stats) is solely for the reason that TFT was created to keep making the casuals playing it, and also that it requires no Summoner Rift experience to play. Differently from the Rotating Gamemodes; that were a way of playing with friends and having fun, or releasing the stress from SoloQ by playing fun/flashy gamemodes. So what did happen was, people played the rotating gamemodes when they were live for a bit, get their satisfaction from it and batteries up to return to play S.R. again. *Thats why these graphs are " true " but not actually* u know what I mean ? So the removal of Ascension for example was not healthy for the game as _But muh GrApHs_ say so... TFT was a forced atempt of Riot to attract different types of players into their game with the intent to "later" bring them to play on S.R. ... Which doesn't work the majority of people who started playing TFT (bc they are either just casuals or bad players).
I really miss Nexus Blitz. It was a fun fast game mode. While I love ARAM I preferred Nexus Blitz to ARAM as it felt like a smaller faster version of Summoner's Rift. I'm not sure why people didn't like it.
Who doesn't need a backpack!? Even if you don't have school, you could still do sport, travel, having apocalypse, evacuated from storm, earthquake, nuclear bombs, Godzilla,... Like, a 1001 scenarios to use backpack...

I can understand that Riot stopped shipping these challenger rewards. The medal is cool. Then people got the jacket and reacted poorly to it. Then they got a backpack and reacted poorly to it. Then they got another backpack and reacted poorly to it. At this point I would also be like: "You know what? Then you get nothing."

why remove the old cursor? it's just plain stupid. You can just leave it's availability for the rest of the game's life and it won't even matter. It's a cursor....sometimes people are so interesting I want to bang my head to the wall.
lol they used a fucking graph to show how uninterested people are on nexus blitz, but proceeded to ignore the fact that urf is more popular than aram. TFT is the only game mode that should be ignore since a lot of people that play that don't even play league.
