Sometimes the seemingly simplest advice and techniques are truly the best. I’ve been practicing for 11 years with some wonderful teachers. I can imagine them nodding in agreement with this, especially the “have fun” part. 🙏

I feel like that’s the advice that gets lost along the way of trying for more and more. Having fun really is the best part of living!

Awesome brother...i am overweight in my tummy area. Got the jump back perfect whereas lifting and jumping back is proving challenging. Especially with weight around the mid section. Love from Bangalore

My opinion someone should not be moving onto second series without achieving full jumpthrough and a near complete Jumpback. Like what’s the point of going into second series not being able to bind in supta and having a weak core and shoulders?

I see the point you are making and I believed that was the case for many years. I don’t subscribe to that so much anymore and look more at what the individuals body, functional movement patterns (including what they do for work) as factors determining what they should be practicing. But who knows maybe in another 10 years I’ll revisit the idea of restricting growth into intermediate until strength and binding is there
