Love the fact you emphasize everyone aims for motivation goals and shoot wide. We ALL do this! Being told we should be productive is not always helpful, but being reminded we should try is a great way forward imho.

If you are really struggling with going on your phone too much - especially in the evening - turn on screen time if you have an iPhone (there’s probably similar for Android). Set limits and stick to them. If you are really struggling, get someone else to set the password so you physically can’t go on your phone.

Is the UK done with exams for this year? Mine started today and next week I’ll have the peak (with my Physics exam) - and I’m terrified 🙈 I worked super hard, but the questions can be difficult and I worry soooo much I won’t pass - and annoy all my friends because I’m so worried even though I’ve put more hours in than all of them combined 🙈🙈

This was an amazing video, but I do not really like where this channel is going. At first, I learnt a lot about all kinds of different topics which I would have never thought about researching myself. That made this channel unique: university students who talked about a specific topic which they are passionate about. However, recently, it has just become like every other studytube channel 😅 Am I the only one who feels this way?

I liked the video, I really wanted the subtitles to be in Portuguese, it would make it a lot easier for me.
