Today I had an customer get back with me requesting our booth for an event at the governors mansion. Obviously I was skeptical, but I called the event coordinator at the mansion and verified the event and the people running it. So I’m excited to be running a Photo Booth at this event. Wish us luck. Thanks again for another informative video. Do you have a video on how to best prepare expenses and invoices for taxes? I’ve used Quickbooks in the past, and have learned that Honey books let you integrate Quickbooks, but I was wondering how you recommend business prepare for taxes. If there’s a video on that already, please link me:)

Thanks for watching! I don’t have a video on that. HoneyBook does have really great features including reports, an expenses tracker, profit and loss statements etc. I’ll be honest and say that I prefer the “old school” way of having a weekly checkin with my finances in a spreadsheet that I then share with my accountant. I love spreadsheets 🤓 haha

I got the fam reunion scam as well! They asked for 6 hours, all the add-ons, and wanted to pay extra so I can pay the event venue. Feeling the scam, I still created the proposal and sent them the link because my CRM logs the date/time, IP address, and the location where the link was clicked. It was coming from India.
