I mean, ive been platonic friends with a Christian guy for years but i know he doesnt like me and im not interested in him but i get your point. Its really not kind to stay around a man if you know he is* into you..and it's TOTALLY just for the validation. Even after you have that straightforward conversation the kind thing is to give him space to focus on someone else.

I love this video. I am a woman and receive everything Mark is saying. I’ve read many of the comments below and it breaks my heart. When Mark created the video about the 5 types of men women should avoid , every single comment placed by another woman was one of positivity and “yes I received this?” But in the comments below, you see the clear hypocrisy. Many , instead of prayerfully receiving what Mark is saying, are defensive and reply “well it’s not just women, men have issues too” or “this video is unfair...” etc etc. when the Lord uses people to expose the sinfulness of our own hearts, we should pray for hearts that are open, not reply defensively or divert attention to someone else. If any of these issues apply to you, open God’s Word, get on your knees, repent, and let the Holy Spirit mold you into His image. I agree that having Jesus in our lives is the most important relationship we can have, but God created women for men. Adam and God were in the Garden and Adam was still lonely so God gave him a gift. I'm the 1st one. A Christian friend of mine occasionally calls me beautiful or says things like that and expressed romantic interest in the past. I've said I'm not interested. After speaking with a Christian male mentor with no romantic connection, he said men will position themselves to set themselves up with a woman. Amen. A couple years ago I was dating a woman. We really seemed to hit it off nice. A long story short, she did everything you mentioned. And yes, we messed up and had pre marital sex ( which I have repented from now). I ended up proposing to her. Then what does she do? Out of no where, runs and hides. She breaks all contact with me for no reason I could figure out. She completely played me. She used me in the worst ways a man can be used. When I finally got a hold of her by texting. She said I'm just a stupid man who can't take a hint. I was like, huh? I treated her like an absolute queen. I then asked her if she used me only to get pregnant and asked for proof that she didn't do that. She said she didnt and wasn't pregnant. Then sent me a picture of a pregnancy test reading negative. At that point I didnt trust her at all. But still, took the proof with a grain of salt and wiped my hands clean of her. Now, a couple weeks ago a friend from work found her on facebook and asked me if it was her. I looked and almost fell to the ground. She was holding twin babies in tge pucture. So, she lied to me, used me in more ways tgan one. She manipulated her pregnany test to read negative, while she was in fact pregnant. Now I'm trying to get a court order to have her get the babies a dna test to see if they are mine. Its a mess. I regret not reading all the red flags she clearly had from the start. What she did with the pregnancy test. Is that even legal? How could she get away with that?
I was # 4 and #5 . God healed me from childhood trauma. I am healed...and I am whole. I did put my partner through alot but he had the holy spirit in HIM to help him stand. He followed Gods word about love and and I am totally a new woman. Having been red-pilled and increasingly more aware of the way the world works (the political system, monetary system, corruption and secrecy w/in our governments, etc) and learning about female nature (inherent female nature and the female nature that is the result of feminism and gynocentric culture), I have I a very hard time taking christian dating advice seriously (not this video, per se). However much I would like for relationships to be as "simple" and godly as christian dating advice videos make them seem, they deny female nature and what actually attracts women/ makes for a successful, passionate relationship/ marriage. Until I can find a healthy balance between being a man and being what the gynocentric incarnation of the church we have today calls being a man, relationships will be completely off the table for me. Women may say that the Christian dating advice resonates with them, but their actions (hypergamy, divorcing men at the drop of a hat for any reason at all and abusing the corrupt gynocentric legal system we currently have to take their exes to the cleaners, etc) suggest otherwise. Given the prevalence of divorce (8 out of 10 times being initiated by the woman) and the horror stories I hear about men's lives being ruined by their ex (christian AND non christian women), why would I ever subject myself to such a risk?Regardless of how long two individuals think they know each other, they cannot anticipate how the other will act after marriage.

Its low hanging fruit to make men look bad and make women look like victims. That kind of stuff sells in a world where men are trying to be submissive to God and where Marriage counseling is lucritive and brow beating is the method of preachers. However, and while I can testify fo some of the negative fallout from marriage and divorce, Ive also learned that relationships are often are very down to earth human thing that cannot be initiated or cured (necessarily) by high profile and high minded Christianity. For example, the highest educated and wealthiest people in the world probably have no idea or ability to change the oil in their own prized luxury vehicle, and all the money and affluence will never get them those basic skills. Successful relationships are not gianed by reaching for high end Christian perfection and hidden knowledge. They are usually gained by having compatibility at the lowest levels of humanity. They probably wont tell you in Christian circles that alot of Christian women are likely to be somewhat sex crazed binge eaters like the rest of women in the world. Marriage is human and marriages often succeed because of good humanity. Dressing it up through Christianity can often be pretentious. People who are Christ centered will succeed the most, but Christ was a lowly person. He wasnt a freshed pressed, khaki wearing, white collar, golfing, pretentious person who would keep a marriage afloat with image and money. The type of advice that Jesus would give you would be to buy your wife some chocolate on occasion and get a pet.
Well said with actual statistics and facts. More and more men are becoming red pilled and waking up to female nature and hypergamy. Marriage is not worth the risk of losing everything and being indebted to someone who now hates you.

The problem is that many translation of the Bible translate the Greek word "porneia" as "fornication" or "sexual immorality", but the actual meaning of that Greek word is "prostitution". The Pagan idol worshippers commonly prostituted themselves to fertility gods and goddesses they believe in. And adultery was a crime because married people were though of as being each other's property. So a married person was the property of their spouse. Therefore, someone else having sex with a married person was seen as a property violation. The same wasn't true if neither party was married.

The thing about guys liking girls who are their friends, that doesn’t mean they can’t be friends. Some guys actually have self control. That might come as a surprise to a lot of girls, but just because I could see a girl as a potential girlfriend, doesn’t mean that I have to be more than her friend
@Yeshua is Lord. The "Friend Zone" is when one person wants a romantic relationship, but the other just wants to stay friends. Then the person with romantic interests is stuck in a zone of friendship only: the Friend Zone. Often times it should be seen as normal, and the person should just accept staying friends. Sometimes if the feelings of the romantically interested are strong enough, the Friend Zone is damaging to the friendship because the divide of relational intent is just too much to be healthy.
This guy is so spot on with everything he said, I've had to learn and deal with these experiences myslef , but coming to Christ has also made me learn a lot about my own character and how I've needed to change certain aspects. Perhaps I'll be single forever, but yet again I suppose I'm only 22, it's for what God intends and since I've taken a step back from women, it's helped me focus on whats the most important relationship which is with my Lord.

We are to rightly divide the Word of God and preach it to the whole world. Relationships that don't have to do with God are secondary. If anybody in your life is bringing negative emotions, confusion and interfering with your relationship with the Lord should be secondary. Confusion is not of the Lord. Its better to be divided in truth than to be united in error. The Lord knows every thought and intent of a humans heart. If we walk in the spirit then he reveals certain things to us. Such as if a person is leading us to destruction. His grace is sufficient for me. But if we're constantly trying to fulfill the lusts of the flesh then the winds will be tossing us around. We'll be unstable like the people of the world and we'll be blind to it. We'll make excuses as to why it's ok to be who we are. The spirit is strong, the flesh is weak.
In all relationships throughout life, the aim is to reflect the love of Christ. I enjoyed this video as a reflection point for myself as a single Christian woman who has made mistakes in the past and is dedicated to breaking the patterns that have separated me from God's will. All 5 (in my opinion) all have a root commonality: "she" is simply not ready & stable enough in herself, her course in life, & what she wants or is able to handle at the time-in the descriptions of each that you provided. Agreed-however tempting for Christian men to want to jump in & "rescue" such women (who may indeed have great hearts or intentions), it will ultimately drain us (men) of our energy & motivation; possibly distracting us from what God already has us doing for Him in our lives. If a woman is stable, ready, & motivated toward a healthy, godly relationship, she will likely also be following the Lord; keeping her eyes open for a like-minded & Spirit-led man who also has his own walk with God. For the comments about "not trusting men," it goes back to what you said about "not being healed (yet) of wounds that are carried." I hear this all-too-often. While I get how such a mindset can develop, it reflects more on that person's state of mind, not on "men" in general (or women, if it were reversed). As a tip: When a good man hears such talk, he typically runs the other way. It's not worth the trouble to him, as not all women have this hangup. I think we can be in friendship. We are brothers and sisters in Christ. You can tell them ladies, how you feel, but I believe friendship can lead to a true love relationship at times. ALL relationships start in friendship and based on friendship. No one goes to marriage the first time they meet. This is kind of a misconception. I think people both males and females must pace themselves and take their time and build a friendship.
Nope, you can't be just friends with men. Only develop a close friendship with a man that both you and him are interested in eventually ending up in marriage otherwise you're just putting each other in situations that the enemy will try to twist against you. I was very good friends with my first boyfriend fully believing that we would only just be friends, then after my mother's sudden passing I found myself craving comfort that he provided and we ended up being alone and relaxed with each other then we developed a sexual relationship. Also, every male I worked with tried one way or another to get some sort of sexual attention from me. I'm by no means beautiful, barely cute, I dont wear makeup except some light lipstick rarely, and I always dress in a manner that doesn't expose my body beyond the shoulder and knee. Take my advice: men and women are not meant to be besties, there's a natural excitement and curiosity put inside us to cause men and women to become attracted to one another so that we can have a healthy romantic relationship in a marriage. @@danielat1420 I disagree. I have friends that I am not interested in and they know it. Most of them are brothers from church so everyone is different! So sorry that happened to you! I haven't had that experience especially because I don't give them any attention of that nature if I am not interested. No man has ever treated me like that and I have never gone to that level with a male if they are my friends and I am not interested. I think it depends on the girl and her self control. I will never have a sexual relationship with someone if A.) I am not married to the man and B.) I myself struggle with being friends with the other gender because of the thought that it is "wrong". I have to let loose because I won't ever choose anyone over the Lord I shouldn't fear that.
I just said, DON'T put yourself in a situation where you can fall into temptation and sin from my own experience. And it sounds like you folks assumed that I caused men to think I wanted attention from them in a sexual way when all I was doing was my work (I was stuck behind a front desk with no other coworker since I was doing the night shift). I think churchy people need to get out in the REAL world and talk to non-christian people to get a feel for what they are struggling with. And my message was don't be fooled into thinking that just because a man and a woman are saved and have Christ in their life that they are safe from temptation, it takes an incredible amount of growth to reach a level where you are strong to not be tempered in such a way. The only time men and women can be friends is in heaven! Period. And don't go on with "I wouldn't" stuff, this is why people don't come to church, because they don't get room for their humanity and sin nature to heal and start feeling safe in the community. Jesus was the friend of all kinds of people. But whatever, go on and assume and keep sinners that need to know God at arm's length, meanwhile I am able to talk to other non-christian men and women about the power and grace of God's salvation because of my testimony.
I think these should be red flags not black flags. On #5 -. Some of us have had very traumatic childhoods and that's because we have a high spiritual calling. I personally was raised by 2 narcissists. Tell me that's not God allowing toxicity so my spiritual gifts and calling could advance. It took me until 30 to even come to terms and accept all of that trauma. So then I had to heal more from that. I wouldn't wish my life on anyone. I've been through so many toxic relationships, but have still held onto hope in hope of finding something good. I was saved at 15, a virgin until 32, have been in ministry, have been having prophetic dreams since age 10, and am trying to learn deliverance ministry but keep getting attacked by demons when I do. Been through several therapists and years of therapy. I always encourage and love those around me. So to say men shouldn't date us is basically throwing the baby out with the bathwater. You're literally saying men should only date women who have had it easy. Christians are going to be abused. A mainstream Christian is going to be east to love and have had no life experience or hard times. Someone who is lukewarm. A devout Christian may be beaten down and traumad because he or she has been through hell and back but still holds onto God and hope that God will give him or her a mate one day. The Bible tells us to marry Christians. It does not put further limitations than that. I would just say pray with wisdom when trying to find someone to date. Not throw out the baby with the bathwater. Narcissistic, seductive, controlling, immoral immodest women who don't wait until marriage, materialistic women, non Christian women, are the women you should be warning men against. Now with this video, you're making it harder for the good Christian women to find a man. If anything it's harder to find a man who doesn't watch porn, is willing to wait until marriage, and doesn't have career plans or a God job AND is Christian who we are attracted to. That is the main problem here. So we date men like our fathers who are emotionally unavailable, trying to heal with each disappointment of a relationship. Then to see these types of videos? No you do not. I am not saying use men or women. But healing from trauma is not the easiest, and there's only so much we can do in a therapy box without having a real relationship and someone to give us a chance so we can learn to trust again, because we've already been let down by parents, siblings, and so many boyfriends and girlfriends (for the men) before.
Women who actually KNOW that their guy friend "likes" them is not leading them on...or deceiving them..or wanting "male attention." Most of these women are after what they claim to be after, friendship!!! These women LOVE their brother in christ and would discuss these feelings. But the problem is most guys seem to only talk to women they are romantically interested in, and ALL other friendships with females are a waste of time, and "oh they are leading me on" Women honor these friendships much more than men, which is why they still hold on. Because they CARE.

I don’t have guy friends. I have brothers in Christ from church that I only communicate with in group conversations and group events. Not one on one. My pastor warned us about having a bunch of guy friends. It can be a distraction, be deceiving, look bad and also keep us from being pursued from the right husband. I thank God he has truly changed my life and heart! I was all of these at one point in my life before Christ! Then he saved me and set me free and these habits have been broken from my life! This is crazy talk. The whole idea that just because a guy can't get sex from an attractive woman, he can't can't even be friends with her is egotistical male talk. And yes, as a single woman I had many male friends but kept many at arm's length because I knew it wasn't time for me to marry or none of them were the one God called to be my husband. I think that’s wrong. I personally rather have a female tell me straight up she doesn’t have an interest. As a man I don’t like to have my time waisted. I also like direct answers. Also, I feel like if you're saying you can't be friends with a woman you are attracted to, you are reducing her to her beauty and sexuality and basically implying that she's merely a sex object in your eyes. I mean, I get it, but I don't think it's this black-and-white. To me, a lot of this has to do with pop culture and how e are socially conditioned by that to expect romantic relationships from people of the opposite sex that we are friends with first. There's a show you might have seen called "Friends" that really perpetuates this stereotype. For one thing, in reality, not all men and women are attracted to the opposite gender. Additionally, I feel that one of the major problems with the stereotype is that it basically implies that if a man can't have an intimate relationship with an attractive woman, then she is basically worthless. I am quiet and shy, and just recently became Christian. I am alone in my family believing in Jesus, and that has counted against me since most religious men say they want a woman from a good Christian family. I am worried I will never meet my Christian husband because I don't come with a faith based family, it is just me. Prayers one day I am enough to love for someone. As a woman I found this extremely helpful for knowing how to be more Godly in my relationships. A few of these points were quite new to me! I'm not in a relationship right now but I am preparing for the day when I do find myself in one. I think that firstly, before I start dating a guy, I should have a strong relationship with the Lord and try to love Him first, ahead of any guy. I've set standards but I'm also trying to make sure that I fit those standards as well because I think it's unfair to try to hold guys to some unattainable standard but not try to act the same way that you would want them to. One of my biggest fears when it comes to this sort of thing is loving my future boyfriend more than I love God because God comes first, so I'm trying to develop a stronger relationship with Him. I think we can pray for people and ask God to cause them to become more Christ-like. Some girls are friendly and their personality does not mean they're easy. I think that's a misconception some guys have about girls. Not everyone has the same personality. Some are more outgoing and that doesn't mean you are way ward. There are also quiet girls who are not that faithful or honest.
You make great videos brother. Very well spoken and exacting. But not overly complicated either. And a lot of common sense that some of us (like me) tend to lose when feelings and desires enter into the picture. Wow I didn't realize that men didn't think of us girls being just friends like we can guys! I have a guy friend who I now realize I cant be friends with anymore because I know he wants to date me and I care nothing for him in that way. I've told him this millions of times but he has never listened so I'm just going to not be friends anymore with him
This really isn't a reliable generalization. Some men definitely can have a friendship with a woman purely out of interest in friendship, though it seems like it's less common than vice-versa.

Often times as a guy when I’m friends with a Christian girl and they put me in the friend zone they end up just finding some other Christian guy who they end up dating. Usually when that happens and the girl knows that I like her, I stop hanging out with her because she’s mostly around her boyfriend and I tend to be very awkward third wheel so I just isolate myself from them and just leave them be and move on. I’ve been hurt way to many times because they chose some other guy over me. I honestly find it very hard to find someone even when I’m clear with my intentions. It’s tough.
Change your approach then. Change the way you socialise and interact with not just girls but everyone. Be more direct (not abrasive and irritable) but more firm in your mannerisms and interaction. It takes practice and you've got to be willing to change that about yourself

You don’t need girls as friends. You are finding it hard because you don’t have a girlfriend and so subconsciously trying to make friends with women you are attracted to hoping that if you stick around them and be friends with them long enough they’ll what? Pity you and become your girlfriend? Women are your sisters in Christ whether the become a mate or not. They are not your friends. However if that’s what you want he best you can do at making women friends is to deliberately befriend women you are not attracted to physically. If you want a girlfriend, approach the one you are attracted to and try to get to know her. You aren’t trying to be her friend just getting to know her. You may discover some things that make her not as attractive to you past the physical. Then you’ll start to realize that the pretty ones are just as normal or abnormal as you and YOU can choose to befriend her or not. If you are interested, let her know that but rush nothing after that as she already knows you aren’t looking for another buddy. If she’s not interested, keep it moving as you have to realize and believe that it is she who has missed out on something awesome. Sometimes a woman’s rejection of you is the only good thing that woman could ever do for you. Give thanks and keep it moving Bro. Lastly, do not ever, under any circumstances get into a relationship with women with guy friends especially former boyfriends, lovers etc. especially since you are so easily displaced by rejection.
What do you think of Christian dating agencies? Some Christians are just really shy and go unnoticed. There may be a really decent girl out there that doesn't get approached socially if she's quiet and dating this way might be where she is. It may take dating a few people and some rejection, but girls go through that too so don't lose heart. Pray for discernment and courage and just go out and have fun and she'll be found. See it as an adventure, and don't be put off by rejection.

If a Christian woman leads a guy on, it's wrong on many levels. Many women love the attention, free meals, going to movies & concerts with a guy (friend). They think it's OK to take all the time, money, effort, kindness..etc from a guy while not reciprocating at all. This is a real red flag, as it indicates a strong narcissistic personality trait. I'm not suggesting that if a woman is selfish that they are NPD, but I would avoid any person that is selfish, entitled, & seemed to be an agenda based person. Anyone can use Christian jargon, but if a woman's actions don't line up with their words...walk away...and don't look back! There are many women in the church that are strait up narcissists. This I can say from experience, a female narcissist is the best actress you will ever meet. They will tell you what you want to hear, say ALL the right words, and will love bomb you till you give in to their agenda. Then when they have taken everything they can from you, they"ll discard you like a paper cup. IMHO every Christian should study psychology as well as the Bible, so you can empower yourself against selfish & designing people. This will give you many tools in your toolbox to use in dealing with energy vampires, narcissists, & toxic people. PS You don't need to become an expert in psychology to avoid toxic people if you're a Christian.
