Thanks so much for these recipes especially for cranberry apple casserole. When I was a child 1 of my aunts would bring cranberry apple casserole to thanksgiving at the farm. I have tried to recreate it from memory but didn’t have exact recipe. I am so thankful for you providing this recipe. I appreciate your time in typing out the recipes. You are awesome!

You made our Thanksgiving real special. We made the mac N Cheese....fabulous! The cranberry apple casserole was a winner, broccoli rice.....Wow! Lastly, the dressing, sausage balls are fab. Left overs are destined to be crumbled up in scrambled eggs for breakfast tacos. All the recipes were easy, came together without any fuss and turned out delicious. This was family voted "Best Thanksgiving Ever"! Oh! Don't forget the pumpkin poke cake. That is a dream come true.

Gang, for the broccoli rice casserole, I'm not a fan of sr cream. If I eliminate that, should I substitute something? Or can I just leave it out? Also, do you think I could make the day before and just reheat the day of? Thx in advance for your help!

I bet you could substitute in pears for apples or half and half and it would taste good as well. I mentioned this recipe to my sister and she thought it sounded good. So I'm going to make it for Thanksgiving and see how we like it.

Hey Patricia! Yes we LOVE cheese, but I made sure to include a couple without 😉 and you can Always change out the cheese for a different kind. I just always keep cheddar on hand. I did use colby in the corn casserole though bc it just melts a little better. You must have missed Saturdays video. I use close to 8 cups of cheddar in my baked Mac n cheese. But it's delicious! yum these all looked amazing , but my favorite side is the sweet potato pie , we have that every year for thanksgiving and christmas, its loved by all of us , and we usually make 2--- 9x13 pans as it is loved that much...., we never have made mac/cheese on any holiday , just the way i was raised , the potato's is ur carb , u dont have 2 of them , lol , mothers , have their own ways and teach us the same way . but ty for sharing these recipes with us and ty for the collab , i just love them doesnt matter the theme , its just refreshing to see all my favorite cooks cooking their favorites and sharing em with us , so ty Valerie for hosting this collab!!
