I love how organized you are and how you present your recipes. I watch a lot of cooking videos, and I don’t need to see somebody chopping up three onions and 10 potatoes! 😂 …by the way, Lacey is precious!❤
I love your channel Everything is just so simple and easy to make an the items you use we have in our pantry or can find at your local grocery store Thank you for sharing ❤️ Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family
Fantastic recipes and beautiful presentation, especially with the bonus special of the little princess! So cute. Thank you for the video and for the smiles! 😊😊😊😊 God bless all here😇😇😇
❤Hi Valerie when I was young in the 1960s we went to a truck stop restaurant and I always got the Baked Peanut Butter Pie..duh..licious!!! I have been searching for this recipe for years...everybody always served the cold pie (that you made also)..so I am so thrilled to have the recipe..thank you so much...and I like the way that you present your way of mixing...just the ingredients and mixing❤love you guys ❤Happy Thanksgiving and praise the Lord ❤
So I looked up about oatmeal pie, and the history on it was that during the Civil War, when pecans were scares, oatmeal was used. It's a similar texture. Great recipes. Have a happy Thanksgiving Day with your family.
I'm going through all your recipes today because I know Thanksgiving is coming up in a few months and I just want to have some menu ideas. And may I say that all those pies look absolutely scrumptious
Hi Valerie,I’ve been on YT searching for a new desert this year and stumbled across your channel and my friend,I’m making that peanut butter pie…💕 I also have a YT channel ( Beauty Over 70 With Lea ) I subscribed to your channel and hope you and your family have a blessed Thanksgiving 🤗 Lea ( by the way I’m a southern lady for East Tennessee
Please adopt me Miss Valerie, even though I’m old enough to be your momma😝 Everything you cook/bake looks amazing, especially all these pies and I just need to spend my holidays with you👍 Anyhoo, I’m playing but seriously, you are an amazing cook/baker, I enjoy your vids very much bc you show us exactly how to make the recipes you share and how/what to do if a substitute is needed, you’re amazing🥰 TYFS, every pie looks delectable, I’m intrigued by the oatmeal pie bc I love pecan pie, it’s my favorite🤤 they all look incredible, that Buckeye pie is calling my name😂😂🤣 I hope you and your family all have a peaceful and blessed holiday, Happy Thanksgiving, enjoy!♥️💫✨👼🏻✨💫♥️
Hi Valerie…😊. First of all, your baby is so cute! When she gets older, I’m sure she will enjoy Mama’s pies, too…😉 The pumpkin chess pie was very interesting--I’ve never seen one like it. I have a feeling it might be something even a pumpkin pie hater would like! My older daughter doesn’t like pumpkin pie, but I believe it’s more of a texture issue than a flavor issue. You were speaking my language with that yummy looking banana pudding pie…😋😋 I’m not a big peanut butter lover, but for those who are, the peanut butter pies you made looked decadent! You asked what other types of food we might like to see: 1. Crockpot main dishes OR sides 2. Vegetable side dishes that are on the simple side and not real rich. Thank you so much for the time, money and effort you put into each video. It’s always fun when you throw in snippets of your life…😉 Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🍽 🍁🙏
I always enjoy your channel, I just made your chocolate eclair cake! So good! I’d love to see appetizer ideas for New Years Eve. Thank you for these recipes today - I plan to make the peanut butter with chocolate ganache soon.
I've found that although not allergic to peanuts, I have astomach sensitivity to too much peanut butter. I have never liked the texture of pumpkin pie. I prefer Dutch Apple Pie !
YES Kathy! I will get on that asap. I got some really good ones I've been wanting to try 😉 So be on the lookout for that! May be in a week or 2. But it's coming. Thank you so much for watching. I hope you have a very happy Thanksgiving 🥰
I have been trying to remember how to make the peanut butter pie. A friend of our family used to make them all the time he passed away and I lost the recipe for it . Thank you
Those looked great! It's hard to pick a favorite. I would love to see more appetizer recipes and more christmas treat recipes. Thanks so much. So glad I found your channel.❤
Hey Susan! No, you don't have to. As long as you're baking the filling inside the pie crust for a good amount of time, there's no need to pre bake. Or unless you're worried about the crust being soggy. In that case, you could blind bake, with Parchment paper and pie weights or beans inside crust (to prevent crust from shrinking) ,for 10-15 minutes. hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving 🥰
