5 Vitamins To Boost Blood Circulation To The Brain
Your brain needs around 20% of the total oxygen taken in by your body, so it's important to have adequate blood circulation to supply this much needed oxygen, along with glucose and nutrients.
Unfortunately many people suffer from poor blood flow to the brain (cerebral circulation) which causes issues like brain fog, in inability to learn and retain new information, memory problems, depression, anxiety and a host of other issues.
In this video we uncover the top 5 vitamins or nutritional supplements to boost blood circulation to the brain including magnesium L-threonate, ginkgo biloba, Vitamin D3, Benfotiamine and CDP-Choline.
Each of these supplements/vitamins helps to improve brain function for students looking to improve memory, for anyone to prevent cognitive decline as they age, or just to improve general focus and concentration, by improving neuroplasticity and improving connections different regions of the brain, specifically the hippocampus.

Hello! My wife and I really hope you enjoyed this video on brain health. I have been doing a deep dive into brain health lately and have planned to produce a series of videos designed to help people improve cognitive function, memory, learning, anxiety, depression, fatigue etc.. So there will be more to come. Please add any related questions on brain health below, and I'll try to include them in the upcoming videos. All the best, Ryan & Hannah. 💚

@@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies If my grandmother who suffers from vascular dementia is taking 300mg chelated magnesium glycinate is it advised/safe for her to start off by taking magnesium l-threonate first in combination or in place of the glycinate amongst these memory/brain circulation improving supplements or another on the list? I will obviously consult with her Dr first especially pertaining to drug interactions but your input would also be very much appreciated cause you’re doing the in depth research. In the end, I just want to help preserve my grandmothers memory best possible & see if there is anyway it can improve & her decline/dementia reverse at all with the use of one or more of these supplements/lifestyle & dietary interventions. Wow! ty for this wonderful video. It is SO helpful. I'm 70 yrs young and want to remain as active and independent as I am. I just purchased a bottle of Magnesium Glycinate before viewing this..as I read this form is good for high bp..I have a high bp issue due to stress and anxiety..not my weight or diet..i weigh only 126pds @ 5.4ft..so it's pretty good. I exercise daily and eat healthy for the most part but I do eat a few cookie's every other day and very occasionally a real dessert 😁. No bread tho..just rice cakes. I will get the magnesium you suggested once I finish this new glycinate bottle ( cannot return it) ( can I take them both together..like one kind in the afternoon and the other kind in the evening?) as I do find myself having problems recalling names now. Ty again Ryan!! 💕
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies 5 дней назад
Hi, yes you can take both together, 1 glycinate and 1 threonate would work very well. Glad you hear of your enthusiasm. Would recommend avoiding the rice cakes however, they are low calorie but extremely high in carbs for their weight and will simply make you really hungry!. All the best! 💚

Hi Ryan, thank you for another excellent video! Are you aware of magnesium L-threonate causing headaches in some people? And if so I wonder why? And did I hear correctly you would take 2000 mgs. of the L-threonate?
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies 4 дня назад
Yes, I've heard that happens in some people. In which case I would stop using it or shorten the dose. Yes the supplements I personally use of it have 2000mg of magtein, L-threonate. 💚

Stress is external. It is beyond a person's control. What is done by being in the fight or flight state of mind all the time is exponentially damaging to the body....like being shell-shocked during war...no vitamins or minerals can combat the exess cortisol in your system at that level of stress
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies 4 дня назад
I have to disagree on this to some degree. Stress can initially be external yes, but it's up to you to take responsibility and work it out. The fight/flight response can indeed be deactivated and cortisol can be lowered by using nutritional supplements, along with therapy, meditation, relaxation. As an anxiety sufferer myself, I can attest that there are active things you can do to reduce these things. We must work on our problems and try our best to stay out of the victim mindset. Trauma is not always our fault, but it is our responsibility. 💚

@@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies Actually i do. 4 yrs ago i took up l/d running for its multiple benefits to mind and body...and ive found it most useful and gratifying. I use multiple moderate sleep aids to help including the things you suggested in your discourse. External conflict in which you have a fundamental disagreement with another party or parties and are harassed about constantly, even though one finds them at fault for the absolute origin of the situation, cannot be arrested by a cup of chamomile tea... however...as i said your videos are quite good and pretty much at the top of my list as far as good information goes. So, i do appreciate the work you've put in to acquire and share with the public on YT👍

I'm regularly drinking natural apple, carrot with cucumber juice. Many says its beneficial to health and you say its harmful to the brain. Mirror mirror on the wall who is the best and honest health content creator of them all.
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies 3 дня назад
The apple juice would be the problem in your recipe. Apples contain an enormous amount of sugar. When you remove the fiber from that fruit, you remove the buffer. The fructose quickly travels to the liver and is metabolised, and can cause inflammation in excess. The carrot and cucumber however is much better. If you want the benefits from the apple, you'd be better off eating it whole. 💚

Thank you. Do you have to take all the vitamins or one of them please?
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies 5 дней назад
You can, but you may not need to. I'd always start with magnesium threonate, and if you feel your brain working better you can stop there, or add more later on. Try each for at least 1-2 months and evaluate how you feel, since everyone is different. 💚

Re gingko, is it better to take it as a supplement or as a herbal tincture as you get older particularly as the alcohol used extracts the active constituents for easier absorption.
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies 3 дня назад
It's a personal preference. Some people like to stay away from the alcohol in the tinctures as they age, but they do absorb a little bit better. I prefer the supplements myself. 💚
