This is a really nice, short routine to warm up for a walk--which I may take today,--or a tag on either before or after a cardio workout. Missed Mom today. @@yes2next Just came back to this one for a repeat! I'd forgotten about the simple wall sit. I felt the core turn more in my shoulders, but maybe that's because they need work even more than my core. Today I paired this video with the first line-dancing workout (pt 2) -- love that one. Thanks again for the knowledge & inspiration!

Happy Spring. Not that you're not enough April but missed seeing mom and her wit, and a hopeful visit from Mochi. Mom may be like me, those wall workouts aren't easy and certainly not fun lol. I'd skip this class too which I did , just watched this time. Maybe next time I'll make an effort. Hope all is well. Say "Aloha" to mom from me.

I put together 5 short workouts on Sunday to create my own "all in one" workout. Out of those, this one and two others counted as "new to me" workouts. Still enjoying your wide variety of workouts and catching up on those I haven't tried before as well as coming back to old and new favorites. 🙂 (May 1, 2024)

Be thinking about adding another Wall Exercise video where we are laying down with feet up on the wall. I know that is supposed to be good for us also. Not sure of why, but would appreciate that type of exercise using the wall in that manner.
