What if he moved on and treated her better than he treated me. He didn't even try to get to know me or take me out on dates to make memories. Only invites me to his house.
Hi coach 4th day of NC..its really rough...i ended the things cz he alwys took me for granted...i hope he realise his mistakes... Blocked him on social media but he didn't block me... May be he wanted to keep the window open..
Ex in rebound and has been since we have been broken up , he is my kids dad and he is so damn confusing saying he loves me he thinks about me he doesn’t know how long it will last with this girl and that he feels bad ? Hi Coach Adrian, I love your work, love your content. I went to no contact not immediately but after a day or two after the breakup aftre she told me we can't talk together anymore and let us live our separate lives. Now I'm on the 40th day of no contact and during this time she kept sending these little smoke signals through her social media directed to me like and an answer to my status. In this period I kept working on myself and showed resilience i feel better about myself. also, she sent a couple of messages like "you're an idiot" and deleted them immediately. Where am I in this situation and What do you think my next move or strategy should be? And what are my chances? I would love to hear your thoughts about this.
My ex was writing with me alot. Watched almist all my stories. Said he feels like we are connected. Shared some personal details about himself. Was warm. Then he said if I ever want sex, I should let him know. Then I acted really stupid and I went to him right away.🤦♀️ We had sex. And after that he said I better go home. I was hurt by that. I left but said it's not ok. After that he didn't answer my message. And hasn't watched my stories since. I am devastated. I don't know what to do anymore. I do the no contact but then he goes and does something where he knows I will contact him like he cut some of the channels on the tv and didn’t tell me and when I went to watch something I couldn’t so I was gonna ask him what happened . The time before I was in no contact he did something where I had to get in touch . I guess I need to ignore the next thing . But why does he do it ?
My scenario we agree to talk each other for clarity when i answer he block me again 3rd time he did to me and after months he will contact again .. i hate this kind behavior but now if he contact me again im done.. just for me i want peace of mind
Question for you! My ex and I became friends right after the breakup, at his suggestion, and he communicates daily with upbeat energy (with some dips) but shows resistance to anything romantic, do you recommend breaking that friendship up to start no contact? He initiated a conversation about the breakup last week, and after I got my thoughts in, he said he felt uncertain about his decision but said he needs more time to consider, then went right back into friend mode.

Update: he just bought me a gift (the most expensive he's bought me yet) but when I asked why, he quickly listed several platonic reasons for having done so.
My avoidant ex did exactly this to me. Called and/ or messaged me daily. He ended our relationship so I was feeling vulnerable and grief. I couldn’t hack it. I felt insulted so I texted him not to call or message me until I was ready. I then blocked his number. Feels less confusing and painful. I’m thinking about him less and less. Good luck❤
After not seeing each other for two plus months and fighting via text messages, I ignored him for a week and he finally called me. You broke up with me. We broke up our engagement and everything was canceled and I gave the ring back. But he's still calls me because he needs to borrow money. I don't know if he's still wants me to be in his life, but it seems like he's just only coming to me when he needs something. I don't know how to act or be with him. I do want to rekindle the relationship but it seems like every time I try to talk about some serious stuff he doesn't want to. So should I go no contact again?
If he’s using you for money then yes. If the relationship is over then no contact is the best idea to let yourself heal and him miss you as well. Right now it seems like he’s after something else from you and that won’t help form or rekindle a connection. The no contact might take weeks months or even years but if it’s meant to be it will happen. Trust in whatever you believe in and stay strong ❤️

If you called him after one year of not talking and he was receptive and we talked at length then since then. I didn’t hear from him.and I chatted him but there wasn’t any response and he hasn’t called either and I deleted to delete the charts I sent.what does this dynamic mean@coach Adrain
