Thank you Maam... surely it will help..... im a CA Student & having papers in just 17days in the mean while im having my LLB last semester internals also.... im under stress that to leave the advocate degree which i will be getting in few months or leave my focus on my CA preparation for which im struggling from years.... but now i know being in stress does not improve the situation just wastes your time. once again a big Thank You.

I really like the first point talking with friends.....But I have friends but I don't know what to talk with them...I think they dnt like talking with me....May be the fault was in wdh me....and I will work over to make friends and I will start talking with my frndz....and also like next point pranayama......I always choose this pranayamaa rather than talking with frndzzz

Stress unko bhi hota tha hme bui hota hai bhai life hai yha chinta kisko nhi hai lekin management jroori hai. So, apno ke saath time spend kre, khush rhe, time sabka aata hai, time bura chl rha hai kya pta achha time jldi aane wala ho, roke, bejaa, sad, upset hoke kuch nhi milna kuch nhi better hai apna dhyan rkho, apno ke saath time spend kro, duniya me agr bure insaan hai to achhe bhi hai, nature ke saath time spend kro , positive rho kya pta kl rhe na rhe, apna dhyan rkhe 💐💐🎍🎍🎍💐 Life or health hai to sb kuch bhi ho jayega😊😊

Namaste. Its best to practice them in the morning, however of for some reason you cant you can practice it any time of the day . Just ensure you don't practice any vigorous asana at bedtime as it will interfere with your sleep
