I do exactly as directed in the video. My only addition is headstand in the end! Which i do once for 60 seconds.

Everything she said is absolutely correct 20 years and 26 psych meds later it caused more problems. Chi Kung , yoga, diet , and meditation is my treatment now.

Depression and anxiety are too real and universal to be left free to damage health . Yoga is the best natural anti-depressant . It is the preventive as also curative medicine . Children should be taught yoga in schools . Best demonstration to beat depression. Great social service done for the cause of health and welness.

Namaskaaram Hansaji...My mom is 65 yrs old. she is anxious all the time and having some kind of unknown fear all the time...she is taking pills for the same... And she is physically weak and and not able to balance sometimes while walking...can you please suggest some aasanas for her age? Thank you 😊

Madam, can a person ( 28 Yrs male) with myopic vision ( -11) do the second asana where head needs to be lowered. I am asking this because when we lower our head, we feel a pressure on the facial area...is there any possibilty of any adverse effect of such pressure on nerves controlling our eyes. I do not know whether its a very dumb query or not... Kindly guide🙏

I'm a medical student & I have been facing this problem since 2 month ago and all my near one's pushed me to take medicine like SSRIs & Sedatives for insomia. but finally today I get what I actually need ... thank you so much from bottom of my heart ma'am 💐& you and your entire team doing great work for majority of peoples ..💟

@@riyapatel5749 please do everything to get rid of insomnia but remember medication should be the last option. Don't let it convert into something big. I have been there and i regret that i could be little better with food and some physical changes and with some social support. Find the best teacher in your life talk to them. I don't know y m i writing but i don't want anyone to suffer these.
