Ive been mech eng for 15 years and quite fed up with being expendable resource. I did a role as cordinator and gained the title of pm but was occupied in mech eng so now i am stepping in to the actual role of being the spider in the middle of the web where ive allways wanted to be.

Hey and congrats on your interview. Honestly couldn’t really say specifically as all roles are different. Make sure you understand and can speak to the 5 phases of a project, examples of problem solving, conflict resolution and stakeholder management in STAR form. And just have fun! All the best !
Starting a job as an intern in project management in a week and I'm a bit nervous. I've always been a bit of a reserved person but I've shown growth in the past year in trying to get myself out of my comfort zone and creating connections. I wanted to know, does PM include lots of finance and economics?
Hey there ! Congrats on your role! You’re in the door now, so just remember you’re and intern, they don’t expect you to know it all, and you are there primarily to learn. So economics no, finance only in the aspect of creating and managing budgets for your project
