Ceramic coating in the combustion chamber, valve faces and piston tops. How long does that last before it starts chipping or wearing away? Is that safe for use with a turbo?
"RUIN" your Timing ???? Who came up with that ?? Timing can be non-ideal, but it's not something that can be "ruined", you can however, ruin an entire engine, by having non-idealized Timing. High Compression engines are ALWAYS "Knock Limited", It's very simply Heat, and/or, Pressure, and/or, Time, VS Fuel Octane. The closer you can make peak Combustion Pressure occur in the 14 to 17 degrees ATDC Range, the more power you will make. That's the bottom line. BTW, ALWAYS run Copper or Silver Spark Plugs, even on a completely stock engine. Brisk Spark Plugs are worth their Exorbitant Price Tag. NEVER disable your Knock Sensors for any reason, look at your Data Logs, if you see Knock Retard, fix the reason why. . .
@Sam S Octane has nothing to do with the potential to produce Heat. Octane is a measurement of how difficult, or how easy it is, to initiate Spontaneous Combustion, or "Detonation", in a particular Fuel Mixture. When the mixture has more resistance to Detonation, then the Compression Ratio can be increased with reduced fear of Detonation. Higher Compression Ratio results in Higher Thermal Efficiency .

@@josediazasmr6014 Yes I put a bottle in every oil change, quiets the motor down, no negative affects that ive experienced only positive. I have a video about it on my channel from like 5 years ago.
We have e85 here my guy, which is about 108 octane. Also european octane ratings are different than US octane ratings. Their stated value is actually lower if it was calculated the American way. "In Europe, the octane rating on the pump is simply the RON figure. America, by contrast, uses the average of the RON and the MON figures, called the AKI (anti-knock index). Thus, 97 octane “super unleaded” in Britain is roughly equivalent to 91 octane premium in the United States"
I need your support for my truck ram 2019 5.7 hemi with CAI, Lt headers catless, dual exhaust.bbk 85mm TB, ATI Dumber The problem in my truck the check engine light blinks 4 times properly misfire in specific situations especially in the mid-afternoon when it's extremely hot weather 116f when I accelerating in hill or In the event of strong wind hitting the front of the car (engine load) However, I used the in tune to see what the codes say unfortunately Nothing appears Happens again and I was lucky I was data logging When I use the data viewer to see if there is any knock, everything seems optimal no knock whatsoever Any suggestion to solve this puzzle ?😁 If anyone is interested, please share your email so I can send the data log
