Really appreciated the different hand positions in cobra. I've got both spinal stenosis and bulging discs, one you can do back bends and the other you can't, I need to be very careful but I'm going to try the different positions and hopefully I'll get beyond a baby cobra! Been practicing for 7 years so I know to be very careful and listen to my body. Thank you so much for your videos, I've learned a lot and it's much appreciated xx
