I have been doing these videos 4 days a week for about 3 and half weeks now and I see such a difference in my strength, mood, and energy. You guys have no idea how big this is for me. I quit exercise and lifting 3 years ago and couldn’t get back into it no matter what I tried. But your attitudes and energy in these videos just bring me such joy. Thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart!
TBP helped me lose weight in approx two months 4 times a week I lost 28 lbs. Then I just kept going because it’s easy to follow. It really gets your heart working for good health. It was five months when I lost all the weight ( 50lbs). I’m 50 so post menopause my metabolism was slower than when I was 30 and 40. I eat lots of good clean food. Drink plenty of filtered water. Now I get great sleep. I can’t miss my workouts and my granddaughter does it with me when she sleeps over. She loves exercising. She’s a little girl with a tiny frame. So cute with her exercise bra and stretch pants to match. She keeps me going because she’s proud of me. She says I’m just trying to get muscles firm nana. 😂 She loves TBP. Thanks guys. ❤
Wow thankyou for sharing as I really needed to hear your story as I have just turned 50 and am about 25 kgs overweight. I started doing project video another one I have from before and started eating healthy again and lemon water etc... your story inspires me as I now will also hive myself 5 months to loose the same weight you did( hopefully but have to)
I love it ❤, I will be 70 this year! I been doing your workouts for four years and I do dance fit classes and flow fusion and pickle ball ! Keep them coming 😊😊
I joined TBP during the pandemic and then went back to my usual HIIT and spin classes post pandemic. Today the weather was lousy and I thought myself 'I wonder what TBP is up too?' Well, question answered - they've been killing it. I will absolutely be rejoining TBP as a paid member. The quality of your workouts are *amazing* and the intensity of this one is fantastic. I missed you Alex! You're such a fantastic instructor. Can't wait to do the rest of the 28 day Challenge.

After 6 weeks without sports caused by an injury, this was my first workout and I managed it! Thanks a lot for the variety of the movements for the whole body!

I have to admit I usually gravitate towards Daniels work outs but I had a quick look at this one and thought.... this looks pretty easy for an Alex work out, I'll give it a go! I can now admit I bit off more than I can chew and this was challenging to say the least but I really enjoyed it. Thank you for this Alex, this challenged me in the best way.
So excited to see a new video! I did complete it-I’ll admit I paused to catch my breath a couple times and I don’t think I’ll be walking much tomorrow after all those squats but I enjoyed the range of exercises and challenges. I’m proud of myself for completing it! More vids please!!🎉

A great work out. I have been doing many of the team body project work out for 6 months. At least 4/5 times a week.I have noticed a difference from doing these.
I usually do the hour resistance cardio with Daniel & yourself. I do that workout with no problem. This work out I had to stop 6 times to catch my breath, but I felt amazing the next day I can’t wait to see the results
I did this workout today at the gym…believe it or not! I lifted heavy the day before and did cardio yesterday and did this today! This was challenging and I love having a lighter weight workout…soooo good and what a way to come back! I haven’t done all of your workouts, but this was the most challenging I have ever done and it was low impact! My average heart rate was 145 bpm, so it stayed up there!! Can’t wait for the next one!
I love that you posted a new video. It us awesome. 1 thing I loved about your previous videos was. You woukd could down when the 45 seconds were coming up. I can't always look at the video and need the audio ques that the 45 seconds are up. In the next video, it would be wonderful to get that. Keep up the great work and I habe lost 20 lbs watching your videos and on my way to 100lbs. Thank you
I am 71.5 years old and was able to do this workout with 3, 5, 8 or 10 pound weights depending on the movements. I found the workout very doable, but those wall squats made my old legs shake like jello. At the end I was still breathing, upright and able to walk, so I guess I did okay. Thank you for sharing!!!
