I started working out to Body Project videos years ago. Along with changing my eating habits, it helped me become stronger and lose a lot of weight. I felt so good. Then I got pregnant with twins, and it was rough. I could barely walk without feeling like fainting. Then after they were born, I had postpartum depression so bad. And at about six weeks old, one of my daughters stopped eating. We went to countless appointments and fought so hard to get her the help she needed. We could only feed her while she was sleeping for months. I coped with food. I made horrible choices and overate for months. I was so busy, I couldn’t even think about finding time to exercise. Now that she has gotten better, I have told myself it is time to take care of myself again. Not only just for me, but for my girls. I pushed myself to do a Body Project workout tonight after my girls went to sleep. I was tired. So tired and my head hurt. But I pushed myself to just try. I’m so glad I did. It was like seeing my old friends again. I missed you all. And dang, it felt so good to move my body again. It felt amazing to use my abs and strengthen them. Thank you so much for what you all do. You really make a difference ❤❤❤

You should be so proud of yourself for everything you've done! Dont feel bad for the months of poor eating because in those times it was the best you could do and that's okay. Our kids come first. I was there myself with postpartum depression so I know how terrible that alone can be. Best wishes to you and your family!

Thank you for continuing to put these videos online. I have been really struggling with depression. This morning, I was so depressed, I could not get out of bed. I managed to roll out and putting the computer on the mattress, did this video (slowly due to depression) in my pajamas. I started feeling a teeny bit better 10 minutes in and now am feeling good enough to shower and go to work. I know you guys need to make money to keep going. I am grateful though for the ones that you release on youtube. Thank you for getting me on my way.
I'm frome Algeria, body project helped me a lot, I lost 19 kg in five months I was just doing workout at home never went to the gym and always comeback here whenever I feel down to do some workout because it's relieve my stress and I feel motivated. Grateful for the new videos and to see all of your happy faces. I started working out with you three years ago. Stopped on and off and especially throughout last month when I had finals. Big mistake! I’m 46, back to school full-time. These videos reduce my stress and help me sleep! I am not as active now that I’m sitting more, and the movement is paramount. Thank you for motivating me! My husband used to work out to the earlier Body Project videos years ago, so I've always had Daniel in the back of my mind as a trainer whose energy felt good. When I finally (for the first time in my life) decided to commit to a fitness journey last year, Body Project came to mind and I decided to give them a try. Over six months later, I've consistently been working out four or more days a week, primarily with Team BP, and I've never felt stronger or healthier. Watching these videos always me feel like I'm working out with friends - it's such a fun, goofy environment, and I'm so grateful to have found a workout structure that keeps me feeling engaged, supported, and ready to take on a challenge. Thank you Daniel, Kristen, Tash, Alex, and the rest of the team for all that you do!

As a person who hates doing sports because mainly I get bored or frustrated your videos are effective and quick enough for this ADHDer to keep it up and not switch to another task. It's the perfect combination of moving the body and feeling it but also not sweating it super crazy. I wouldn't do daily 2 hour gym sessions, but his I can keep up daily. So thanks again and keep it up!!
