Hello! For anyone that is wondering if they have posted any resources for the calories burned for this workout, you can refer to this link! The range burned varies from 200-400 cals as per the file (Just Move Double Plus, Level 3). Love these whole-body workouts. Love that I can push myself yet slow down and got at my own pace when I need to. Love that the ladies show harder options for as I get better in shape.
I don't know the man's name, but I love his compassionate, hilarious banter. Usually, I like music-only workouts, but he really propelled this workout forward. Many thanks from this 67 year old!! I finished the whole thing! Woohoo!

Hi everyone Today is the july 19th 2024 I weighed 234.3 lbs (106.3kg) on july 12th {empty stomach } I did this for the first time on the july 13th just for fun and managed to complete it. After that day I didn't work out for 3 days On the july 17th i decided to start doing it regularly. Today is the 3rd consecutive day. I managed to finish it everyday but it's not always easy I hope to reach 80 kg (176 pounds) one day I will update this if I make any progress in the following days July 20th Just weighed myself its 232.8lbs ( 105.6 kgs) {after breakfast }
