I LOVE NO TALK WORKOUTS! And you moved more and more towards them! After following you over a year I am finally able to work out with you with them and the higher intensity! :)) Happy
I work hard to get my participants to a place where they no longer need the verbal form cues. That takes time! I feel confident now that many of them know proper form and how to modify so I've started adding more "no talk" workouts. They are a lot of fun to make with my gal pal crew!!
Had a little more time today to get a 50 min workout in and this did not disappoint. I love how you snuck in some abdominal work, glutes, and of course I added my 2 pound weights. Thanks for another good one.

Hi Nikki I did this workout this morning I kept the workout half low and half high I. Also Modified some of the moves I kept up yay and loved music and no talking Also loved demonstration in corner of screen Fran your seventies lady !!

Really struggled with this one to keep/ find the beat with the moves and found them a challenge to complete them in time.......I think I need to repeat this until I've got it.....😅
