Bank failures are likely to continue increasing due to rising interest rates, as it causes their commercial paper and treasuries to become devalued. To prevent a severe economic downturn, it is necessary to implement a freeze on interest rates. Simultaneously, the White House should support the industry in boosting gas and oil production to lower fuel prices. The anti-oil stance only contributes to higher energy costs, leading to inflation throughout the economy. By reducing interest rates, tightening the money supply, cutting government expenditures, and increasing the availability of affordable fuel, inflation will decrease, and the economy will thrive. Unfortunately, various conflicting agendas make it unlikely for all these measures to be implemented, resulting in a recession and persistent inflation.

In light of the ongoing global economic crisis, it is crucial for everyone to prioritize investing in diverse sources of income that are not reliant on the government. This includes exploring opportunities in stocks, gold, silver, and digital currencies. Despite the challenging economic situation, it remains a favorable time to consider these investments.

The pathway to substantial returns doesn't solely rely on stocks with significant movements. Instead, it revolves around effectively managing risk relative to reward. By appropriately sizing your positions and capitalizing on your advantage repeatedly, you can progressively work towards achieving your financial goals. This principle applies across various investment approaches, whether it be long-term investing or day trading.

It's often true that people underestimate the importance of financial advisors until they feel the negative effects of emotional decision-making. I remember a few summers ago, after a tough divorce, when I needed a boost for my struggling business. I researched and found a licensed advisor who diligently helped grow my reserves despite inflation. Consequently, my reserves increased from $275k to around $750k.

I am really worried about the current bank crisis/interest rates, these are all the signs of yet another 2008 market crash 2.0 , so my question is do I still save in the United States dollar or is this a good time to buy gold?

@CharlesArthur-fq5sx 22 дня назад
It’s always a good option to keep some gold. Well with the current market situation and everything at stake with the present economy, I’d say you’re better off staying away from stocks fr awhile or better still reach out to an adviser for guidance.

True, a lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for license advisors and came across someone of due diligence, helped a lot to grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to approx. $550k so far.

I was medically retired in 2008 from the military due to a severe injury while serving in Iraq in 2005. Initially it took almost a decade to mentally accept my newest state of life. But once i did. I began an aggressive effort to eliminate my debt fully. I'm down to my car and about $2000 in unsecured debt. At most, because of the car, I'll be debt free in two years. I'm positioning myself, at the same time, to be independently comfortable and moving in the direction of being wealthy. Wealthy is not Rich and I'm fine with that. These actions have been the most liberating and beneficial actions I've done in my life. Finding common thinkers like you, Dan, was a real blessing in disguise. Thanks to you, and others like you, that I've found, i have a clearer path to wealthy than i ever could've had on my own. Thank you for all you do and offer us. Keep up the great work. Tim

Dan I started living out of my car 3 years ago. I just bought a mobile home in Michigan. I don't regret making the decision to stop paying rent. Although deciding to live out of my car was an extreme choice, it was my way of saying enough is enough...I only plan to live in this mobile home for around a year I was only 10,000 but there's a lot rent however it was a temporary solution....these are crazy times....I only commented because your friend said he was ready to out of his car and save 3,000 a month not as crazy as it sounds...... more and more people are saying enough is enough

Many people, for years, have been saying enough is enough, on rent and purchasing RV's. Many are living on the road as nomads, and some--not quite ready to retire--are finding mobile jobs. I'm not sure How satisfying they are, for the people who are trying this lifestyle. They say where there's a will, there's a way. For instance, there may be temporary work in campgrounds. We'll, just thought I'd throw in my $.02! Have a great day, everyone.

Broke Consumers and 'Smokin' Deals" - I'm not broke, I can afford a new car and am going to NEED one in the near future; current one is 20 years old with 250K miles on it. The problem is the dealerships want to deal on THEIR terms, not negotiate so that we both come away with something of value. I've walked out of a few dealerships as they seem more interested in selling me overpriced add-on services, financing, and accessory parts rather than the car itself.

Banks are going down. The new system coming in will require you to be your own bank. There will be redemption center here and there for certain transactions.

More silver is traded daily on the LBMA than actually exists right now ; it's a total joke. They are depressing the price so that we find it boring while they stack it high so they can revalue it at a much higher rate. Silver is the best play out there right now, specifically because it doesn't look like it. Don't let these Wall St clowns fool you and always take possession because when it comes to precious metals, if you don't hold it you don't own it

I have no debt. I live off social security, and someone is buying my business, so I get a big check every month. I also have 10 rentals that are very nice, and 95% are rented out. My rentals are paid off, and I'm in my 60s Am I bragging, yes I am.. you'd better get your ass in a happy place. That rug can be pulled right out from under your feet.

I've done small multi families successfully. Thinking about selling the SoCal house and moving to a small/medium size town out of state and buy a big quaint brick fourplex. Rehab, live in one and maybe check out other areas/countries. Famkly/ friends can rent as long as they can pay the mortgage share.

It's the other way around. They were a hi-risk investment broker, they did a 'paper chase' switch after 2008 debacle which made being a low-risk bank more profitable than an investment broker company, but kept on operating like they were a hi-risk investment broker. I'm not surprised if they are now in trouble.

I have a house payment as high as rent my step dad say's we will never pay our house off we owe two much. I help out we're I can. I don't make very much and my folk's are on fixied incomes they are in their 80's and refuse to work. So when I get the house, I wont even be able to afford to live in it. I may have to sell it and live in something even smaller its to big for me its 1800 sq feet . I wish I had a better paying job but I dont . I do get inheritance but how far is that going to go. I'm wanting 5 acres and a 900 square foot house with a unfinished basement. Im only 46 years old and deeply worried about my retirement and living situation once my folk's are gone. Life isin't easy or fair 😢
