여기서 몇년 알바했었는데 진짜 맨날 직접 만들어 먹을 정도로 맛있었음.. 아직까지 여기를 뛰어넘는 버거는 못봄. 청결한건 내가 보장함 왜냐면 힘들게 청소했어서… 사장님도 너무 좋은 분이셨는데..더 잘됐으면 좋겠다!

Raw onion is really a thing i don't see often. It's common cook onions into the grill with bacon fat. I think it's a way to soften onion taste.

In these videos, you always see them filling the deep fryers with fresh oil. Do they do that daily? That seems so excessive! I'm hoping they just time the filming with their regular cleaning!

It is generally accepted that cooking oil is always clean. If you get caught in a crackdown by the Korea Food and Drug Administration, it will be a big problem

No because not chaning your frying oil is rather unsanitary, and in most countries is legally required by their FDA that things like that are clean and fresh

진짜 미국에서 엄청 맛잇다는 햄버거를 먹어봄 ~ 토핑도 토핑인데 가장 근본적인 빵을 직접 반죽해서 만듬 진짜 빵이 맛잇으면 토핑 왠만한 곳 보통처럼만 넣어도 풍미가 달라짐

This place dosen't sound very busy and still they produce a big amount of burgers at that time. Do they let them stay until a customer comes in and the meat is cold and the buns are soggy? I have seen that in a lot of asian food videos, that they even seem to prepare fried food a long time before selling. Do they not want to eat really fresh food?
