I just rented Ghost of Tsushima and have had a few bugs like that at 2:35. Fun game, but WAY too many rocks sloped that you can get stuck into an infinite falling loop or that will launch you upwards for some reason.

Ghost of Tsushima at 6:06 isn't a fail. As the on screen text shows you, it's the game's slightly over the top way of keeping you out of important areas that show up in late game quests.
